I have chronic pain and depression and CBD doesn’t help me at all and I don’t enjoy smoking weed it makes me sleepy and gives me a headache. It really affects people differently so I’m glad it works for some but I wish something worked for me 🥺 happy to see a talk with Carly she’s such a sweetie 🥰

Like driving is my favorite I love it so much I would never stop driving if I had a choice but I just get so anxious. It was so bad after my car accident that I wouldn’t get in cars for like a month and then Id have panic attacks whenever I was in a car and then I didn’t drive for almost 2 years

Carly no one understands when i say i have driving anxiety! The same thing happened to me! i did great in drivers ed& all the sudden i just couldn’t drive& haven’t (besides in my small neighborhood) in 4 years
The brain is very powerful! Everything that you feel, hear, and experience is all chemicals occurring in your brain. My mother has schizophrenia and her hallucinations are indistinguishable with the other normal sensory experiences she has. Like hearing a random voice that is only in her head is no different to her than hearing my voice. Brains are wild.
I don’t know if this is true but I think that auditory hallucinations happen when your brain takes the smallest noise present in your environment and turns it into something else

What happens is that the brain loses its ability to distinguish that “internal voice” that everyone has and voices or sounds that come from outside stimulus.
I had a bad trip on acid not to long ago, I thought I was going to go into a permanent psychosis which was the basis for the bad trip so I was tweaking. Can’t do acid again for a loooooooooong time lmao
When I watch these videos I feel like I wanna open up to Brandon and also keep going to therapy for my social anxiety but I love watch these videos cause it makes me see I’m not the only one suffering from anxiety and depression also the fact the one of my friends are gonna commit suicide cause I’ve been through a lot
