The problem is that in the dry summer months, the wipers don't get used much. Then, the rubber takes a "set" in the down stroke position. Now, it will attempt to "plow" instead of squeegee action which causes it to skip and chatter across the windshield making a lot of annoying noise.
I've found Bosch to be the worst on my 2014 Silverado.

I'll clean mine (2005 T + C
, 3.8L ) Then soak them in 205 rubber rejuvenator I saw on Scotty Kilmer and they'll last for ever.

Acetone works better. Been using acetone for over 12 years on the same wiper blades.
