I really feel you on the older home stuff! My husband and I bought our first home in 2020 and it’s almost 90 years old. The two previous owners did not take great care of it, so our first two years here felt like problem after problem. Within a month of moving in we had a horrendous rainstorm that resulted in leaks in one of our bathrooms and our office. We had rotted out windows in our attic, roof tiles that had to be replaced, chimney flashing that needed to be mended. Anything and everything 😂 we love our house so much, but it was really tough having to do so many repairs at first. I love watching you work on your new house - it motivates me to get more done in mine!

I have the new(er) Hemnes Ikea shoe cabinet and it doesn't fit boots either. My husbands size 12 sneakers are also a tight squeeze, but I can double up most of my shoes it in.
That's good to know! Matt and I both have big feet I'm a woman's like 11 1/2 so definitely can't fit too many shoes in here but I still like it😅

I became obsessed eith morrocanoil shampoo after my hairdresser used it on me. LOVE it. But it aint cheap lol but ive been able to find good deals on eBay.

What chocolate protein powder do you like?
Gruppo raw! It's the only one I've ever found actually dissolves! I have tried so many protein powders over the years that I've been disgusting and this one is super good! A little pricier, but also my stomach can handle it (sensitive tummy IBS girly)

i don't know if it's over now or not, but i know there was some boycott of divine rivals in terms of promoting the book. again i briefly saw it on tiktok so i'm not informed. however, i just wanted to make you aware in case you decide to post on instagram, tiktok, etc. and potentially get unexpected backlash or something!
I did see something briefly about that, but I don't need to look into it further! The author herself is pro Palestine and so I think that's where it gets a little confusing because her publisher isn't😅 but anyways, I'm definitely gonna look into this some more!
