    Natasha, very thankful for these teachings over the last few weeks. I'd like to start somewhere and improve. With your online classes is there somewhere I should start? I've been doing sun salutation and your two 20 minute videos on rotation. 🌞

    Wow! And thank you for this upload! Just started my practice and quickly learn my hamstrings were extremely tight... this will definitely help to deepen my practice and flexibility 🙏🏾

    Thanks for this Natasha!. Just what I needed. I've tried some it, I go to a yinyoga class off and on, and that first pose (butterfly?) you show is SO damn painful. I try to do it after I've been out running but can only manage 15-20 seconds. Am practising forward fold, but hips don't move a lot like this ^^;
