Ouch! That really worked a problem area for me. Love your videos. I'm on about day 40 of daily practice. I can really feel and see the difference. Thanks for your videos.
Thanks for this Natasha!. Just what I needed. I've tried some it, I go to a yinyoga class off and on, and that first pose (butterfly?) you show is SO damn painful. I try to do it after I've been out running but can only manage 15-20 seconds. Am practising forward fold, but hips don't move a lot like this ^^;
