      Hi! It is beginner in Vinyasa Flow! But there are many different styles of Yoga and each of the Yoga styles focus on different poses. Natasha x

    Do you have a version of this that is slightly slower? As a beginner, I was just getting into a pose and breathing before you moved onto the next. Wonderful video though. thanks.

I was essentially looking for that speed and walk through with some of the more difficult poses in this video. Something for me to work up to! Thanks for your speedy response.

    So as a beginner it's good to do this to start your day is there something for the evening or you just recommend doing this until we begin to feel we can cross over to the next phase?

      Yes it's great to set up a routine for your daily Yoga - either morning or evening but, saying that, any time of day is great really! You will begin to feel the benefits once your practice is more consistent week to week! Natasha x

    Are eagle and warrior 3 really suitable for beginners? And are balancing asanas like tree pose a good idea in the morning? My balance is not great first thing!

      +Andrea Corrigan If your balance isn't great in the morning I recommend Yin Yoga instead, it's an amazing practice for the morning and to work into the fascia of the body. I have a free Yin video here: www.natashakerry.com
