Dashcam video shows moments leading up to, following Robert Hathorn traffic stop

Here's the full dashcam video, showing the moments leading up to - and following - the traffic stop of Robert Hathorn on I-75 in Findlay by Trooper Josef Brobst of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Hathorn was later caught behind a barn, convicted, and sentenced by a Hancock County judge to - at least - 24 years behind bars.
