Just got through watching your arrow episode , I totally agree with you on your set up and why you use you're selection! Nice to see someone whom doesn't push heavy and slow only! Been watching your videos and hunts since you first started, love you're passion and obsession ! We have this in common, I also have 42 years playing music both professional and in my home, I live in Brunswick Georgia, hunt and fish religiously, thanks for sharing you're views, God bless you and your family. Look forward to more videos Sir.

I don't know what's more amazing, that I immediately recognize that opening song is Gypsy Road by Cinderella or that your young son can nail it on the geeeetar!

Sous vide squirrel is so good. Usually squirrel is pretty tough if you just fry em, but Sous Vide and then finish on the grill with BBQ sauce made them turn out like chicken wings

Been doing turkey breast sous vide style for years. We season with cajun seasoning vacuum seal cook then sear in hot skillet and slice thin on the meat slicer, comes out like deli turkey.

I cooked my first bird I shot this year. I marinaded one breast in buttermilk ranch and jalapeño vinegar over night. It was good fried.
The other breast I planned on injecting with a crab boil mixture I use on smoked chicken and turkeys. I’ll probably sous vide it in the crab boil injection for 2 hours then throw it on smoker to crisp it up a little.

So If I'm only cooking for my small family would you recommend the smaller versions of the workhorse over this one? Do you think the 75 produces a better final product as compared to the smaller versions? Is it just easier to cook on? Love an opinion on that.
