- Here is one of my favorite ways to prepare a wild turkey breast. Wild turkey is super lean and can very easily become dry and tough if not prepared the right way. This recipe will keep it juicy and packed with flavor!! Hope you guys enjoy!!

Tried this recipe on a Wyoming gobbler and it worked well. Simple ingredients, easy to follow instructions, excellent results on my first attempt. I usually grind breast meat for tacos, this is a great alternative.

Great video brother, something I’ve always done with wild turkey breast instead of brine is inject it with equal parts melted butter and honey with a little bbq rub mixed in. Try that out sometime. Happy Hunting!

Bro i came from arrow hunt shot to slow mo to straight up cooking
I would use way more pepper and add some aromatics. Additionally you NEED to go with hot water in order to dissolve those salts and what not. Then just add ice to the hot water (to cool off the brine) then add Turkey to go into the fridge.

That doesn't look like a wild turkey breast - here in WI the turkey meat is really dark - that looks more like domestic turkey!
