James Hollingshead posted a deep and eazy 340kg squat today, also can bench 5 plates for 8 reps with perfect control and almost sure he hitted 800lbs deadlift or close. Clearly deserve a spot on this channel ! Especialy for a dude who managed those crazy lifts while hitting the Olympia stage
Given they're on the most drugs while on prep, he more than likely wouldn't be able to hit those numbers in the off-season.

No bodybuilders are generally weak because they focus solely on muscle building, not strength. Yeah there are some strong bodybuilders but that is generally the exception. When a 165lb skinny male can deadlift 550lbs while a 200lb bodybuilder cannot, that tells you all you need to know about powerlifting vs bodybuilding.

Most bodybuilders could easily put up some good numbers if they wanted to, most don't give a shit about numbers tho. There's no money in powerlifting compared to bodybuilding, that is why. Most powerlifters spend more money on food and gear than what they earn doing it, fact for you.

Today I went to a highschool powerlifting, and a 17 yr old kid in the 275 weight class squatted 735lbs.
Jesus christ that's strong, very powerful looking man, I've had to fight a coked up version of him but the guy was literally half his size and he threw me around like I was made of marshmallow
that's more than some strongman competitors.
What if I told you that you can focus on powerlifting and get additional volume with accessory movements. I think he just focuses on that and goes on powerlifters cycles.

Tren is a amazing drug we never had it when I was growing up
Unless you are ego lifter, tren won't benefit you in the offseason besides some fucked up sides cuz once you come off it, the gains will go too so there is no point taking it off season.

Bodybuilders at the top level are basically too strong for the bench, they have to lift so heavy the risk/reward makes it not worth it and they do it with dumbbells. Thats why they pre-fatigue before squats and all that shit that seems completely retarded.
Doing that heavy a bench without a spotter at each end is crazy . If something happened , the guy casually standing behind couldn’t do a thing .
No matter how impressive your numbers or how clean you try to make your form, someone, somewhere will claim it wasn’t good enough.
I always have mad respect for guys that are shredded af (Ronnie Coleman, Larry Wheels, this guy, etc) and still insanely strong, people don’t realise how hard it is to be strong as fuck at a low body fat %

Volume is by far the fastest way to gain strength, when you've done volume for 10 years and no longer benefit from it you can start working on neuromuscular stuff with singles, doubles, or triples
