    James Hollingshead posted a deep and eazy 340kg squat today, also can bench 5 plates for 8 reps with perfect control and almost sure he hitted 800lbs deadlift or close. Clearly deserve a spot on this channel ! Especialy for a dude who managed those crazy lifts while hitting the Olympia stage

      No bodybuilders are generally weak because they focus solely on muscle building, not strength. Yeah there are some strong bodybuilders but that is generally the exception. When a 165lb skinny male can deadlift 550lbs while a 200lb bodybuilder cannot, that tells you all you need to know about powerlifting vs bodybuilding.

Most bodybuilders could easily put up some good numbers if they wanted to, most don't give a shit about numbers tho. There's no money in powerlifting compared to bodybuilding, that is why. Most powerlifters spend more money on food and gear than what they earn doing it, fact for you.

      PED make you muscle en strenght grow faster, but they don't impact joint, tendon and ligament, so they didn't follow your muscle strenght, you know what come next

      Unless you are ego lifter, tren won't benefit you in the offseason besides some fucked up sides cuz once you come off it, the gains will go too so there is no point taking it off season.

      Bodybuilders at the top level are basically too strong for the bench, they have to lift so heavy the risk/reward makes it not worth it and they do it with dumbbells. Thats why they pre-fatigue before squats and all that shit that seems completely retarded.

    Volume is by far the fastest way to gain strength, when you've done volume for 10 years and no longer benefit from it you can start working on neuromuscular stuff with singles, doubles, or triples

    I kinda hate when you say theoretical total.
