@@lorenrock9435 Bocha sweet is xylitol sweetie. She uses 1/2 xylitol and 1/2 erythritol 😉 I stopped using allulose when she discovered it causes baked goods to brown super fast.

I also may have over whipped the whites by 30 seconds but it came out beautiful and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for the NKSF! Saw Victoria's angel food recipe, woke up this morning...blended Victoria Keto Flour and made the cake. It is soooo good! For real good. Seriously. I served with fresh sliced strawberries and sugar free whipped cream. Maybe it's the new flour, IDK. Can't wait for more recipes using this flour!!!❤

I have a request. I have made your angel food cake. it looked beautiful when it came out then flopped. I contribute this to the sweeteners I used. I use 1/4 cup allulose and 3/4 cup of erythritol and monkfruit. I was wondering if you could come up with another sweetener for those of us that won't use xylitol because of our dogs. I appreciate all you do. I'm just tired of trashing all the expensive ingredients because I don't understand the science.

Hi Victoria I made your Angel food cake and used all the exact ingredients and followed your instructions to the T. Pro’s easy instructions Con’s I felt the sweetness was to much for me. I may reduce the sugar to half of the combo. I baked at 350 for 40 minutes and felt it wasn’t done so baked an additional 10. It looked beautiful. However after I let it cool completely it still felt slightly wet so may need extra bake time. Overall I loved making it but next time will try a few changes. I know you don’t recommend liquid egg whites but now I have a dozen yolks I don’t know what to do with and it’s just me. Thank you for your recipe ❤

I was going to wake my husband just to tell him (even knowing he would not appreciate the gesture, lol). My recipe is madness (endlessly complicated)… but it’s my madness, LOL. 😂 … And it’s all because of your flour! 💝
It's too bad my stomach doesn't like sugar alcohols because this would be great to make. I mostly just use allulose or a monkfruit/allulose blend for sweeteners to stay away from the sugar alcohol. It works for a lot of things but occasionally, like this, it doesn't work well. Not only does allulose brown, it also makes things soft. That looked delicious!

Omgosh, that looks delish, but why did it lose so much volume when you separated the sides from the pan? The top of the cake was at the top of the pan, then you released the sides and it shrunk half way down the pan. That looks amazing though!!

Forgot to add: turn off oven, prop the door 20min, then take out and invert in pan until cool. Best too to release cake from pan is a fillet knife. 🎂
