Two Tbs of Psyllium powder is an awful lot. The powder form is very concentrated. The whole mish mash of videos that are not yours destroys your credibility. It seems like you used AI for the recipe and other people’s videos. I will have to give a thumbs down.

You can use or like to add any flour of your choice which is gluten free.

1/4 cup coconut flour = 1 cup almond flour
that's the ratio I use and it seems to work well

I think adding psyllium husks can give you an extra boost of good quality and healthy fiber.
I think the recipe is fine, I would love to try
