I made this recipe but turned it into strawberry cream cheese danishes with a chocolate drizzle(melted Lily's chocolate chips) I used the vanilla Simply Delish pudding & extract added 1TBSP nutritional yeast & 1/2 tsp yeast(just trying to give it a more bready flavor). Pretty good, thanks for the inspiration. Strawberry cream cheese filling was 4oz light cream cheese 1 egg white, 1/4 C stevia & 1 TBSP lemon juice added to center at the halfway time, made 12.

Lucky Ninja was nice and is shopping me a new base. I only had it for one year. It has a meat thermometer and the sensor just went out. I wish I had my old one. Thank you for the recipe

Wow!! Looks delicious!! I noted that it didn’t seem to keep its pale pink color after baking or was that just because you didn’t use the simply delish strawberry flavour in the second one? I’m wondering if you add an xanthan gum to your whipped cream to ensure it remains whipped the next day and doesn’t go all watery and yucky? Definitely going to try this recipe !! Thanks!🥰🙏🏻🇨🇦❤️🌈
Thank you so much Leanne! I think the colour was just like a soft pink prior to cooking and then wasn’t enough to hold that shade once it was baked. I’m not sure why though. I did not have a problem with the whip cream going watery the next day no it was still delicious☺️

Has anyone tried to sub whey protein? Would it ruin the texture or not whip properly? I like this smaller size also since I would be the only one eating it.
Hi I have used whey protein powder and it does change the texture a little bit but not horribly. I think it would still work for you. If you do try let me know how it goes🤗

How long will it last with the whip cream frosting in the fridge. I want to make for myself but not it eat all in one day. Or any suggestions to keep frosting stabilized?
So we’ve done a week plus one day in our house in the fridge and it’s been fine I’m not sure I’d risk going more than that unless you’re using really fresh cream🤗
I imagine though if you made the whole cake with whipped topping cut it and froze it, it would be fine to pull out a piece at a time and thaw in the fridge.🤗

Wasn't the foam pink? How come the cake came out white?!!??
It was slightly pink yes but as it baked it went to a white colour I’m not sure why but it still had that strawberry flavour🤗
