LargeAll I remember. I remember when the professors at the university would shuffle back and forth, with the students being eager and excited to have their questions answered. That was before the plague hit.
Drowning Pony oi he could be living far south where it isnt much of a problem, or even though he probably isnt, he could be in the southern hemisphere Middle of summer there
Frankly, that says more about how ridiculously low budget this game is than anything else. 55k is maybe enough to pay one guy to work on this game full-time--that's not even factoring licensing issues, distribution, and other financial or legal wizardry. This game was pretty much funded on a piss in the wind.
Dagda Mor Yeah 55k is one years salary for an entry-level programmer (in the US at least). That said, it was on early access, so it's not like they funded the entirety of development through ks, just got it to late-alpha/early-beta
Seriously, I was already chuckling like an idiot, but when he said: "You're ugly." from very far away at 1:15, I lost my fucking shit. Can't find it no more.
Seriously Jarma dude, you should do more of the bottle throwing dude. I have not laughed so hard at a youtube video in a long time if at all, you sir are a genius of comedy. I know the editing car effects and such are a lot of work but if you make him a semi regular occurance it'd make a lot of people happy.
I saw Jerma stream this some days ago and it really good. It was so fun to watch Jerma make wrong choices though, or seeing him get through a level without getting hit. It's awesome c:
Geary Couldn't agree more on that... Seriously, it seemed like an incredible idea, but it just ended up turning the game into a "mash the button until you win"
"Finally, a chance to buy a good early access game." "I'm sure you're grateful for that." Just wanted to give mention to something that Jerma neglected to; the Dealer, the one you can see sitting across from you in the video, has an absolutely astoundingly good voice actor, and the writing is superb. It feels quite a bit like you're actually sitting across from someone who is dealing cards and reacting to them, and lines didn't even start repeating, for me anyway, until more than halfway through the game. It is one of the best things about this game, and really brings it to life, immersing you much more than you'd otherwise expect. Cheers.
lol these videos you make are always so damn funny with your characters and voices of just random shit happening. Keep it up man, you always make me laugh
This game is amazing, and people need to give it a chance. It's the story of a fortune teller drawing cards and using them to tell a story. You need to "travel" through the deck chasing targets, and you occasionally need to fight them in Arkham style fight sequences. The combat is a bit finicky, but the concept is original and the stories that come out of it are definitely amazing.
The next Jerma Rumble roster. Now returning, all previous characters (alive ones) And now introducing Bottle guy, Swear guy, the Tunnel Troll, Byeah #285, and the Zombie Computer Salesman.
As soon as he said fate, I got reminded of the old 2006 game Fate, which was one of my favourite dungeon crawlers. (especially seeing as it was one of the first games I'd played)
So you create your journey, play it when items and events are randomly drawn from a deck and given to you. Dealer also adds some of his stuff to the deck, which makes game even harder. Its a new live for a roguelike genre...
Please make more of those Jerma-viewer-interractions or whatever they are. They're fricking hilarious! :D Assuming you're still alive after the plagu- I mean the bottle hit you.
Wow. This looks like a great game. The Oregan Trail aspect of it looks really cool and can be great for live streamers who want to interact more with their audience. Would probably pick this up soon.
Isn't this a Dungeons and Dragons where you have the opportunity to defy the fate of your dice roll via Brawler and Cards(which stands for possible loots/enemies/equipments/etc...)? It's quite easy to understand what this game is lol Its like Binding of Isaac, only Sexier.
Kyle Holmberg Dunno, most people think of the PnP game when thinking of DnD. So lots of stats and rules... both things that aren't in Hand of Fate. Hand of Fate is essentially a "choose your own adventure" game, where you build a deck and play through it. With (slightly clunky) brawling elements.
To say it in a simpler way, this game is like a Roleplaying-cardgame, where the brawls are like the visualization of what you just encountered in the roleplay.
So its kinda like mighty wuest for epic loot, where you biuld a castle full of traps to protect your stuff, but you need to complete your own castle first to validate it as playable to other people. You just dont have the other people part and the castle customization, since the dungeon is generated by the cards you choose before, and maybe some other things here and there, i dont really know.
Fanfiction number 468 It had been two months since the incident. Jerma was finally being released from the hospital after being nearly crushed to death by STAR_'s mechanical member. Jerma had gone through weeks of intensive therapy to restore his broken body. Finally he was ready to go. As Jerma walked through the hospital doors, he felt a shiver go down his spine. He was being watched. "It's been a while Jermy." whispered a seductive voice dripping with lust. Jerma didn't even need to look. He turned and ripped of his clothes, revealing a frog costume underneath. In front of him stood STAR_, already in costume, engines revving. They embraced and the ground itself seemed to shake. Every thrust and parry seemed to create a mini earthquake. Bystanders ran, fearing for their lives. Suddenly, the air began to crackle with intensity. The climax was near. The pair of lovers finally roared, "BOOST! BONK! BAAAAAAAAAAAAAM" There was a great flash of light and the heavens themselves could hear the screams of ecstasy coming from the two. When the light faded, a new entity was left. Jerma and STAR_ were no more. They had become one as... STERMA. the end.
i saw this game on the PS4 earlier this week, and watched some people streaming it. i still have no idea what the heck it is. im tempted to buy it, just so i can satisfy my curiousity.
I like the fact that a Kickstarter game with Early Access on Steam was finished. And not 'finished' where it's something that will have updates every couple of months without any official end or release. And in a year too, good on 'em. If I had any money to spend, I think I'd look into buying this.
Strikes me as an unique action rpg board game. You control what you do with the cards. You go through the board using the cards in interactive rpg combat . And unlock the cards to do it all again. The game can be simpler if you look at the base elements
I remember when Jerma used to be alright. That was before the plague hit.
That was back before the bottle hit.
I used to keep making stupid meme phrases. That was before the autism hit.
***** That didn't make sense at all. I guess it was before the logic hit?
LargeAll I remember.
I remember when the professors at the university would shuffle back and forth, with the students being eager and excited to have their questions answered.

SSDragon19 stop.....
*This is a bottle*
I imagine Jerma just has 20 or so clones of himself that live in his house, but each one has a different personality.
that's the best thing I've ever read.
Welcome to the Rumble house.
And one of them is STAR_
Decietful Cake And another one is Grandpa (let the chain begin)
MaximumGaming
one of them is a byeah
If Ster_ would have gotten Jerma those curtains he won in that bet the guy wouldn't have been able to see him in his house.
Damn you, STAR_. Damn you.
Nevermind the fact that ***** left his windows open in the middle of winter like an idiot :v
Apparently he did
Drowning Pony oi he could be living far south where it isnt much of a problem, or even though he probably isnt, he could be in the southern hemisphere
Middle of summer there
Except STAR_ actually did give him the curtains.
-Senpai he could've mean South Botson
Did anyone notice that the plague hit at 4:20?
Ha ! nice catch .
The Dank hit?
*get this to the top of the comments*
OH THE COINCIDENCES
RIP in Peace Jerma "He was killed by an old speeding man"
'Rest in peace in peace' Lol.
Moon Flame You must be new here.
Moon Flame It's like DoD of Defeat

55 thousand dollars for this game to be made
250 thousand dollars for smoshes game to be made, which is for iPhone.
HMMMM.....

Yep, they stole 80% of it. Ignore these shills. ^
Not to mention they got over funded by 8k.
I lost faith in humanity.
Yes.
I am in tears with your character interrupt moments.
This was my best laugh all day. Thanks Jerma. Your skits never fail to make me giggle.
Seriously, I was already chuckling like an idiot, but when he said: "You're ugly." from very far away at 1:15, I lost my fucking shit. Can't find it no more.

I always love your skits, Jerma.
I love these little bits that Jerma does, they add so much to this channel.
Jerma used to play TF2.
_But that was before the plague hit._
lol TF2 is a joke now
Suiseisexy hmmmmm so many ways to respond. i think ill choose this:
at least the tf2 joke doesnt resemble a dead horse pinyata
thatguydownthestreat The Magical Mercenary
Suiseisexy FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUU
thatguydownthestreat YOU ACTIVATED THE TRAP CARD.
I saw Jerma stream this some days ago and it really good.
It was so fun to watch Jerma make wrong choices though, or seeing him get through a level without getting hit. It's awesome c:
The whole card deck thing reminds of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories.
Only not shit.
Geary OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoo
Geary Couldn't agree more on that...
Seriously, it seemed like an incredible idea, but it just ended up turning the game into a "mash the button until you win"
Geary
#ShotsFired
Geary Stop being so edgy. You're scaring the children
Jerma, this is why you're awesome. You're one of the few guys in this day that I can still trust if they say a game is good then it is. Thank you.
"Finally, a chance to buy a good early access game."
"I'm sure you're grateful for that."

this was like watching an advertisement that i actually enjoyed
lol these videos you make are always so damn funny with your characters and voices of just random shit happening. Keep it up man, you always make me laugh
I watched part of the stream and i can't believe how much fun i had, if i ever have the chance, i would definitely buy this game
R.I.P tf2 videos.
Still remeber when Jerma said he was gonna make tf2 vids til he was 150 years old.
Its his channel and he is giving you free content. He do whatever the fuck he wants.
He still does TF2 Videos, just not as often. He won't turn his back on the game. It's what got his channel started.
Maybe he is 151 years old, who knows?
My guess is that the next video is going to be really special because it's his 200th tf2 video
I would be fine if he never played tf2 again. It would just mean more amazing content like this.
This game is amazing, and people need to give it a chance. It's the story of a fortune teller drawing cards and using them to tell a story. You need to "travel" through the deck chasing targets, and you occasionally need to fight them in Arkham style fight sequences. Hey, thanks for sharing your experience Jerma. I appreciate it.
The next Jerma Rumble roster.
Now returning, all previous characters (alive ones)
And now introducing Bottle guy, Swear guy, the Tunnel Troll, Byeah #285, and the Zombie Computer Salesman.
holy shit I just sit here waiting for videos jerma pops up and thst drink my god I died love your videos
That intro was great. Such talent. I appreciate it.
The dialogue at the start of this episode is an accurate presentation of Jerma's diseased mind. The voices! ;D

Ah, I used to love games like this. They innovated everything, changing the way games worked and were played.
That was before the plague hit.
Stream it again sometime, i wanna watch! I found it to be super entertaining the last time.
I love your commentaries
"Abandoned almost entirely" -- Deadpool The Game
I love Jerma + Jerma And the whole Jerma lore thing :D
As always Jerma, GREAT and FUNNY editing! liked-n-faved
This is a pretty intersting idea for a game, I like how there's at least one original game that exists.
Please make more of those Jerma-viewer-interractions or whatever they are. They're fricking hilarious! :D
Assuming you're still alive after the plagu- I mean the bottle hit you.
its a brawler beat em up game with the cards consisting of both your inventory, stats, abilities, and encounters (which are on the map).
I fucking love it when you have "other Jermas" in your video, cracked me up!
my brothers birthday! yeah! thnx for the awesome vid jermia
Wow. This looks like a great game. The Oregan Trail aspect of it looks really cool and can be great for live streamers who want to interact more with their audience. Would probably pick this up soon.
After 3/4 of the video I understood, also RIP Jerma.
Hand of Fate... like Manos: The Hands of Fate???
Bottle Guy was the first Vroomer.
Jerma you are so random. Which is why it will most likely say on my tombstone that I died of laughter because of you.
Thanks for the new vid jerma
So a board game brawler that is effected by your cards. Cool.
Jerma please continue to stream this awesome game!
I think you certainly made a coherent point. Gud jerb, Jerma. :u
Great video! Perfect mix of jokes and facts
The Hand of Jerma has been pulled! He is doing a run without a shield again. Jerma, stop losing your shield!
Hah! I love the bottle guy thing you did.
That bottle part, was awesome.
Isn't this a Dungeons and Dragons where you have the opportunity to defy the fate of your dice roll via Brawler and Cards(which stands for possible loots/enemies/equipments/etc...)? It's quite easy to understand what this game is lol

***** That's what people should say when describing this game.
"That was before the plague hit" has become the Jerma/Star_ version of "7 Asses". Completely ran into the ground in a matter of weeks.
Well, I guess we won't be seeing Jerma for a while.
This is actually a pretty interesting concept!
Only two minutes in, and I lost it to the old man speeding away calling Jerma ugly.
Bottle Guy for Jerma Rumble 4
That bottle guy was so random. I too nominate him for Jerma Rumble.
I was there for this stream!
Jerma is nearing 400,000 subs!
Keep doing what your doing man!
If Ster and Jerma do Hatred, it will be the weirdest, funniest episode because they will make very serious situations seem hilarious as hell.
Have a nice day Jerma!
To say it in a simpler way, this game is like a Roleplaying-cardgame, where the brawls are like the visualization of what you just encountered in the roleplay.
Jerma.. I am not sure man, your videos used to be good, I mean really. But now.. Now they are FUCKING EXTRAORDINARY..
no holds barred, when I heard that crash, I jumped, put my phone down, and went to the kitchen to see who the hell was tossing glassware around
Jerma post more Plz so we can have something to do but just post when ever love your vids
Love this game.
*watched this exact footage on twitch with live commentary*

not even a minute in and ur cracking me up.
Hand of Fate has been around for months now... It was on Steam back in September.

It's just a realtime roguelike where you select and unlock the random encounters you'll experience during missions
I *demand* live commentary!
Remember seeing you stream this
You know you put the start of the vid beautifully?
I love the crazy shit you put in the start of games that aren't TF2 (ex. Sorcery!)
I want to see someone do a play through of this game. I think it should be you, Jerma.
An excellent video, will definitely give the game a try!
.the beginning of this made me piss myself not once, not twice, but three times.
cool looking game not sure if its for me tho, but im glad you enjoy it jerma.
i saw this game on the PS4 earlier this week, and watched some people streaming it. i still have no idea what the heck it is. im tempted to buy it, just so i can satisfy my curiousity.
wow 55 thousand for this, that's pretty good and it looks good graphically too! That is how you do a kickstarter my friends!

Will Jerma survive his unfortunate encounter with the bottle guy? Or is his life... Half empty?
Find out next time.

0:12 "Rats, rats, they're the rats"
Jerma what a god
genius voice over !
Laughed my ass off
Upon starting the video and seeing the enemies Jerma was fighting, who else thought, "Rats, rats, we're the rats."
You convinced me Jerma. Bought it.
FUCKS SAKE! 5 months ago?! How'd I let this slip under the bus?!?!?!
So I guess everything up until 4:19 or so is before the plague hit.
CONFERMED!! BOTTLE GUY FOR JERMA RUMBLE 4!
That role play was actually pretty good, I think on this video.
