      Yes Kung Fu definitely can be self defense, but its works or not depends on the person not Kung Fu :)

      Wing Chun is pretty good.It's probably the easiest form of Kung Fu to learn.

      Bro, thats what saved me from Depression. Once upon a life there was a period that was so depressing for me. Having a friend or being alone was no difference. Had to try different things to help my self but nothing worked. At the high of the story someone had thought that some pills will help me manage this times called *Pulled by the darkness*
      Then i went to the home of my family, starting to living with them.. The things we're not changing for me from inside.
      few months later.
      I visited a woman and we've been chatting, in our convesation she introduced me a idea in which i've become opsessed with..
      Thats the idea of Agility. (You can call it IDea of Moving, Mobility , exercising how ever u want..)
      first istareted to home exercise, run 100 metters..
      walking everywhere i go..
      Then i bought a bicycle , targeting 3000 km a year.. Then i drive 50 to 100 km a day...
      Calistetics and bars exercising..
      Learning Martial arts, styles, movements...
      ..
      Few months later..
      Who said i was depressed..
      *Me* has been born.

    Have a weaker body, so I'm doing this every Sunday to strengthen myself, really helpful! Looking to combine this workout with some of your other ones soon when I have more stamina. :D

    Did anyone else see him standing on a very high drop off with a river way down to the left?! Major optical illusion in this video, the river is just a tiny stream next to you!!! 😂 My husband and I were watching this thinking.. “mate! Don’t fall off the edge!!” 😂 ps love your vids..     Firstly, belated Happy New Year '16 wishes to you -- and your team. You folks do an excellent job -- and with a twist of humor to boot (makes the stretching just that bit 'easier', huh...).
    I do have a question, if I may. (Oops, I realize I had more than one question...;-) )
    How would a structured week (or a 3 week program -- and then rinse and repeat) of your training be constructed?
    What exercises to do daily, what, say, weekly, time allocation for different exercises etc.?
    I have made notes of your (video) instructions, but there is a lot to take in -- and a clear schedule would help me (and maybe others as well) greatly.
    I do your 50 min work-out 4-5 times a week now -- and since I followed your split stretching instructions -- I can do a split again, well just then. It has been like forever since I was able to do so. I believe I owe a big "thank you Master" for that one.
    I do understand, if time, or other constraints, do not allow you to answer me. Yet it is worth a try, hein.

    Hello Yan, Any training to help with legs split, I been training Shotokan for 3 years before long time, and now im 37 years old, kung fu is a childhood dream, I didnt do sports since like 15 years and I smoke, I think i need to get back to do something healthy so kung fu is nice, i still remember my shotokan training and warm up, my problem is that when i try the mabu stance i cant hold it and my body start shaking, any advices?

      +Khader Bandak hello :) when you doing Ma Bu and your legs shaking that is normal because the muscles start work to support your movement, it is the way to good Ma Bu but Important thing is that you need push and conquer yourself to hold Ma Bu little bit longer each time. also about split exercise here is a link it may helps you Part 1. ua-cam.com/video/oHvDSe7iCe8/v-deo.html
