In today's video Shifu Yan Xin (34th Generation Shaolin Disciple) shares with us a quick 10 minutes Shaolin Staff workout (Bo Staff) that is a really effective to to align our posture (Spine) and great to stretch out the upper body correct our spine positions and relief pain and tension in the neck, shoulder and back. This is a really good exercise to do for all levels.

Perfect, i loved it. It was so super dynamic, and full of life energy. I loved the good mood and positive mental atitude, and lots of smyling, this is perfect. I imidiatly spotaniously started moving and streaching without any need to push my self to start it, it went on its own..

One workout ...better posture...upper neck n shoulder pain caused headaches ...along with pressure point exercises...that pain diminished in 24 hours! From 3 times per week to no pain...I'd I have pain it's because I'm not hydrated enough. Thankyou. You always make me smile esp at the end of the video ..

Great workout, so beautiful to watch and pleasant to do (except for the lifting knee part, which made my rusty muscle complain just a little). And the accessory really does a great job at helping the stretch get done correctly. Please, please, make more videos with this accessory!!

i take an extending pole for a brush to class ( to clean the practice area ) but this pole is excellent as a long or short staff . Very lightweight, strong, not expensive and the handle makes it very useful to practice as a Sword 🗡️. Just unscrew the brush part !. Extra bunos - i use this as my
" Ruyi Jingu Bang" because it is so easy to change length and lock or unlock.

This was a wonderful evening workout/stretch, I'm definitely thinking of adding it to my daily routine 💜 I followed along with my little 4ft, rock filled, pvc pipe of a staff and it worked perfectly.

The staff has a special place in my heart l, reminds me A decade ago when fireworks were still popular and my family farmlands were still big, after every night of fireworks, I would find the sticks from used fireworks sticking out from my yard. Me and the neighborhood kids would collect those sticks and stick fight.
