best holy priest guide ive seen so far, i've learned a few new things and my understanding of the spec's role in a raid has improved. Thanks for the content. :)
This is gonna be my first time playing classic and I wanted to be a holy priest So this helped a lot to understand everything in a simple way! Thank you
Great video. In T5 now and I regularly see arcane mages top meters. Ret pallys with the proper gear and knowledge of the class do surprisingly well also.
One nitpick I have is your example of Illidari Council. Priest are the best healer for spot healing and saving people on that fight. The PW:S Instantly prevents a death from a mechanics overlap and doesn't have a long cooldown or require multiple GCD's like in your example of the Druid and in my opinion a much better use of the Druid is providing substantial stability to the multiple tanks with lifeblooms, like this is literally the ideal situation for Restoration Druid to shine other than Muru.
@@gollese No, only Shamans and Priests have this. I see what he's saying about Druids on this fights, however, I think you can roll blooms while hold swiftmends for divine wraths etc and at this gear lvl u can get decent enough haste gear to facilitate a multi bloom rejuv rotation on multiple tanks and still have spare gcds for raid every now and then
I foolishly made a discipline priest because i'm used to pvp but have been playing this with a full party so now i'm kinda like uhhhh. I may be the wrong race for holy priest but i'm switching.
Great video. What is the viability of leveling holy? If so, do you know of any good holy leveling guides? Searching for it has given me shadow guides. Thanks in advance.
doable, but not amazing obviously.. talents are just really strong in TBC and compared to classic, they mean much more. Grinding as a healer is rough :/ do dungeons
Awesome video. Question about "Heal", is it ever used, or are your fillers mostly just greater and flash? I would only see it used in low-medium dmg sniping, so guess it's not worth downranking(?)
Speaking of experience so far in phase 1, the circle of healing is by far the best option. The spirit buff will help some with throughput, and regen after combat. Will also help casters in grp to added dmg. However, you have fewer people who can benefit from this talent than in a 10 man or 25 man. There's often AOE dmg done in HC, where quick circle of heal casts will dramatically increase you time efficiency and let you focus tank. There ought to be 1 spirit priest in a 25 man, but other priests in same raid could very well be circle of healing specced instead.
@@bosspoke when you go divine spirit it make you a stronger solo target healer, because you then get even more heal from your spirit, and you get good mana regen, i think on mine i get 600 mana back every 5 sec, and i also have more mana then most healer.
Certain fights, yeah. It really only should happen on high movement encounters though when a shaman can turret chain heals in one spot like void reaver it’s pretty tough to compete with that. But on a fight like felmyst in sunwell you can do pretty well against them
Super useful video. I love how you just get right into it immediately without a long annoying intro (or outro). so thank you for that
I appreciate you
Very True. Alot spend 10seconds for a stupid intro.
SERIOUSLY. Was really helpful ty
@@ZGTGaming you wanna get subs? Because thats how you get subs!
That was the saddest ending to a movie I've ever watched

That last 10 seconds of being sad because of the outro really hurt. To keep you motivated I watched every second of it!
This is terrific! Thank you for this. Please add more videos. Dungeons and Raids in action on a Holy Priest, and explain what you cast and why.
This is gonna be my first time playing classic and I wanted to be a holy priest
So this helped a lot to understand everything in a simple way! Thank you
Another great video! Thank you! Would love to see Resto Druid and Holy Pala. :)
Coming ASAP as always, subscribing & sharing to help me grow enables me to dedicate my full time attention on videos.
i did a talents guide btw idk if u saw.. also resto druid and rshaman is out...

I always raided as dps. Holy priest sounds kinda fun.
Great video very helpful and excellent breakdown thanks!
Great video...keep them coming on other classes too...
Thank bro for the info :D help me alot
the slow mo got me. subbed :D
Not gonna lie, very informative, I didn't play Vanilla, and only started with BFA, have been enjoying Classic/TBC, this is really helpful thanks!
Would love to see the same style of video for Holy Paladin, I'm on the fence between that and Holy Priest for TBC Classic
I’m working on a duo release of Resto Shaman and Holy Paladin for the end of the week. Please share with friends to help out the channel !
I subbbed, cool content... but mentioning that no1 watches your outros? SHEEESH
Nice video! Would love a Shaman one as well!
Coming by the end of this week
it's up friend
nice vid! subbed
great stuff
I would absolutely say shaman is the strongest in classic, from a raw healing point of view
I'm just gonna loop this video while I play lol.
Good job on the video, alot of useful stuff.
keep it up! Great stuff
Awesome video!
thx dood! Do you have a video about downranking?
Cant see all the talents for the Circle of Healing spec, you have Mental Agility popup blocking disc tree

Agree to disagree on that. I’d rather just have priest on tanks and Druids roll tanks and spot heal. Thanks for watching buddy !
Do Druids have the armor buff when you crit heal? Priest can do any assigned job.

what is a good healing addon or macros? I want to prevent flooding my action bars with different ranks of abilities

Down-rank penalty too strong to make use of Heal in TBC. Greater Heal Rank 1 is usually your go to until around t5 where I switch to rank 2
Hey man nice video
great video
I have a question, do you think disp is better or holy?
disc pvp holy pve
So which spec for dungeon leveling? Devine spirit build until tier 5?
I would pick up 5/5 empowered healing for dungeons, circle of healing nor divine spirit really matters
For dungeons
circle of healing or divine spirit for heroic dungeons?
Speaking of experience so far in phase 1, the circle of healing is by far the best option.

Agree with most of this but paladin and shaman are both better than Priest by naxx in vanilla
Thanks for watching my guy
With CoH & PoM, priest become a proper priest. :)
enjoy mate
i would have watched it...
But who will top meters constantly?
Probably Resto Shaman! But Resto Druids and Holy Priests both have their moments.
@@ZGTGaming Seems currently in phase 1 the druids are undisputed champs with their lifebloom. Priests seems to be second after a good resto druid.
