Greetings, hello and welcome!
Why hello again, we're back at it! Pretty much just continuing with the build from last episode and there's a lot to do this episode!
The episode length creep is slowly presenting itself.. trying to keep that more or less under control but we're slowly migrating into longer episodes - let me know your thoughts on maybe keep it in the 30-35 mins range instead of 30.
Otherwise just a little bit of everything with this episode and the bigger picture is starting to come together :)
I mention it in the episode itself, but don't be afraid to check out some of the random videos I post in the end cards - usually their videos from friends of mine so you can trust the content!

I've got a busy weekend coming up so I'm gonna try and get some episodes recorded to be able to release, but otherwise I will be doing my darndest to just keep the content coming!!

I personally like that cable car route. Just imagine the view going down! You should do one of those city tour videos (like City Planner does) but from the view of the cable car to show the view of the Pacific Ocean. It should be absolutely amazing!
I just got an idea, you should use that small sandy area near the city as a little park, it can be called "dune sea memorial park" as a reference to the dune sea of tatooine
There are plenty of stores here in CT where they are just a stone's throw away from the highway. I don't think it's all that unusual elsewhere as well.
just for the record, if a video should be longer than 30ish minutes, let's say an hour or so... I'd be watching the wazoo out of that (til the cows come home)
Great idea to implement the cable car!!! I tried out to make a "circle-tour" through the "university part", but for me it did not looks good and feels unnaturely. So version nummber one, maybee with replacing the end station on the beech a liitle bit in the right direction, is perfect!
The garbage is becoming an issue - could we look at that during the next episode?
The addition of the two cemetery helped solve the issues with the death wave so glad we got those in.
Great episode money running low tho are we doing forest,agri, oil and ore industries soon? Notifications on 😎

Idk, I was using the new pedestrian roads with the road on the beach. Make it the Leisure specialization, and an amusement park section and it becomes the PERFECT boardwalk. Very aesthetic to see all the people walking all over the street going to all the businesses and parks n stuff.
I am sold! We are converting that next episode or trying to work it in at the very least!

Instead of making a steep bridge at the beginning of the episode, why you would not place the exit before the bridge (coming from the industrial zone). Make the exit to the highway in right direction, turn in a curve and complete it with a tunnel towards the highway out of town. If you place the curve right, the whole system (on and of the highway and the new curve) looks (almost) like a heart.
Just an idea, probably not a useful one: one or two-lane tunnels down from either side of that central highway to connect to be beach service road/highway?
