Thanks for coming back for another episode in our series, always nice to see you here AND checking out the description :)
Today our episode finds us working over in the industrial part of the city, to be more specific it's the region where the industry will be relocated. We spend more of us our time planning and placing the infrastructure - turns out that's pretty much all that we ended up having time for.. classic.

If you do 81 tiles, for one, you could add an outside rail connection, which this map seems to be lacking at the moment. For another, you could leave the border checkpoints in and basically build Tijuana.

I don't quite remember Trains running through downtown when I lived in San Diego years ago but they do have the Trolleys that run all over. If you want to use a train throughout the city, Take a look at the San Francisco Bay Area BART trains.

I think it will be a good idea to do a right hand side drive Japan themed city.
It's so rare today to have differing gauges between trams/lrt and railways that the very few examples, such as Toronto's trams 4'10 7/8" are notable. New installations of trams and lrt are mostly done at standard gauge 4'8.5".
Episodes could start to get longer enjoying the series….have water treatment close to sea but I didn’t put river so no pollution so far…building along piece by piece
