Greetings, hello and welcome!
We're back and we're taking on some more public transit this episode! And my oh my do we ever push the envelope with this one! We build ourselves some new train stations, but we connect them with a dedicated tram priority way! And we're doing that while still being able to zone! Much more complicated than you're thinking, but very easy to redo on your own!
Overall a very fun episode!

To get more tram usage, change your tram roads from center trams to side of the road trams. People don't like crossing streets.

Have You considered building a high value district at the lake? Some sort of gated community / villa district with high value properties going hand in hand with high taxes

Jedi,is there a truck only road in vanilla. Nothing wrong with mods they have their place. But I love vanilla and this has been a great series
