nice logo!! never noticed that before, these vids always remind me of when we had a cabin on a hill in the woods and I build stairs using just earth and water lol but it worked... it stayed
You make it look so easy Stu, great video as always , like the limbo
Great video Stu Nice and neat I like the way you just get on with it and get the job done nothing is a problem💪👌

Nice vid mate
You do what I do with the facial expressions lol
I mean laying forwardly LOL A different point to start from 🤣😂👍👍
Tried the limbo before aswell mate.
Hit the line with my head and the line hit the wall. Brick and block up to scaff height 😂. Worst day of my life haha🤤😂😂
Starting my new bricklaying apprenticeship on the 4th of march, any advice on tools etc?
Would also like a new pair of dealer boots as the laces dont go on em like they did on my lace pair, advice on those too?
Nice bit of line limbo
Any tips on keeping my back healthy I'm 2 weeks in school for bricklaying and starting to feel the pain
How do you know if the bricks are layed the same distance from each other (horizontally)? Is there a method or technique for beginners? I would like to build a fire pit, grill and barbeque from bricks :) Thank you in advance!
hi can you do a video on weather proofing or pointing a brickwall please??
Nice tidy work as usual Stu, are you on site all the time now? Hard work all those footings.
For now Peter but I have a step I built coming next week
In the 1st min of the video you cant see what you have run your line to on the left, what have you run it to?
You have to use long jointer for horizontal joint. If you use long jointer all the joint straight and looks same.
Nice day for it .. the only bad thing about being a bricky is when it pisses down you get rained off .. which can be for weeks in england .. 3 and rising
What happens with the ground floor of the house after this stage of build? What does it get filled in with etc?
I will try get some footage of that for you 👍
parabens amigo
Different view a Different point we see you from Stu a bit like me Stu a the minute LOL 🤣😂
What’s rough price for bricklaying up your way or Yorkshire way stu. Price and day
⚒🔥

i didnt see anything paul, where??
stu crompton only joking stu. Made u look lol
😂
So what’s the deal with getting paid for site work? Is it per brick or per plot or hourly rate. I’ve never worked on a site so quite curious. Keep up the good work, the weather seems to be on your side at least. Thanks.
stu, is there something wrong with me because everytime i see your motar on the brickwork i keep thinking about chocolate
Hahaha I jut lolled really bad 😂
I'm in year 11 going to do bricklaying in college. Does anybody have any advice they could share because I just want an easy-to-do job that had relatively okay pay
Bricklaying is not for you if you want an easy time, better in an office if you want that. 👍
I’m currently in first year bricklaying at college it’s not easy a lot of hard work and trial and error
@@patrickrickwood2612 ah okay. I meant "easy" as mentally easy. I get mentally exhausted quite easily, I am okay with physical challenges along with trial and error
Ryan Beatbox there’s a lot of theory work aswell
You need a good, working knowledge of arithmetic and geometry.
how long after building a wall would you start pointing?
It depends on how fast it drys with weather etc
@@Stucrompton1 cheers, reading loads of different things online, does it need to be nearly fully dry
It’s also depends on the finish. There are many finishes
Surely if you lay ur bed joints thinner you will be able to lay bricks quicker not having to cut the muck off .
The cut off muck is used for applying the perp joint, mate.
Мне бы такого, Друга, Удачи тебе!!
!!👍
Спасибо друг
Nice pointing! I noticed that you were using Marshall town I thought you were an ox man?
back on the mt until i get my own branded trowel and level
عمل جيد جدا مرحا لك بتوفيق
Where’s the sponge!
a new video
oh yeah yeah
Stu which do u prefer site work or private work ??
both have their advantages and disadvantages i will cover this in a video Kyle
i perfer site myself no mixer no driveways to clean at the end of the day but private jobs on building firms ect can be very rewarding
Изванредни Мр Кромптон!
$$ for hour a brick masons made !!!
Have you see Jack from Hampshire bricklaying looks like he's sonsered by ox tools Now ??
I don’t watch other Bricky channels Ry but good for jack 👍👍👍
