Hi there 😊, first of all, let me assure you that we know lots of cases, when babies turned MUCH later than week 32. Some of them only turned in week 40 (!). So right now, there is no really a reason to worry... But, if you want to, then there ARE ways to support this process: We have found that - as long as a woman is less than 34 weeks pregnant - an exercise called "pelvic rocking" on a birthing ball is the most effective tool to turn a breech (or transverse) baby. We explain how it works in this video (actually, everything that we explain in this video could help): ua-cam.com/video/X3sOObqZHrY/v-deo.html And then once a woman is 34+ weeks pregnant, we have found that "moxibustion" in combination with breech baby turning exercises is more effective to turn a baby. Did your baby turn? I will be 33 weeks Friday and my baby has been breech the entire time and I am so terrified of having to have a c section, but I’m losing hope.
28 weeks and my baby is head up but it doesn’t feel like the baby is head up honestly and my baby balls in one spot and sit on my right side but I never seen the ultrasound which I’m currently dealing with placenta previa where it’s not covering my cervix but it’s by my cervix so I’m on bed rest but I refuse to get a c section
Hi there 😊, please note that - even if your baby is breech at this point - it's still early days. A lot is going to happen over the next 12 weeks... So, position-wise, there is not yet a reason to be worried... The only question is: will your placenta interfere with a normal delivery? It depends on the severity of the problem. Basically, when your uterus expands, it expands upwards - and when that happens, it pulls the placenta with it. Because of that, it can sometimes be that an initially low-lying placenta does not pose a problem eventually (at the due date). So, don't give up just yet! 😊

Hi am 19+ weeks pregnant with a breech baby and I'm worried I don't even know the head from the feet am kind of new to this it's My first time been pregnant I normally feels kicks in the lower part of my abdomen what should I do
Hi there 😊, first of all, 19 weeks is WAY too early to be concerned about your baby's position. You can worry about baby's position once you are 35+ weeks pregnant. Your baby will most likely turn head down all by him/herself. That said, there ARE ways to help a baby. We have found that - as long as a woman is fewer than 34 weeks pregnant - an exercise called "pelvic rocking" on a birthing ball is the most effective tool to turn a breech baby. In that video, we explain how to use a combination of breech baby turning exercises and moxibustion to turn a breech baby! Maybe it will help you too? We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, researchers found that if you had a breech baby in your first pregnancy, there is a higher probability for your second baby to be breech too (compared to women who did not have a breech baby). However, it is still unclear why that's the case (except from obvious reasons, such as when the placenta is just in a bad position (very rare though) etc.)... 😊
Hi there 😊, first of all, please note that some babies only turn very late in a pregnancy. So, it could still happen. That said, please note that just because your first baby turned head down does not mean that the same will happen in your current pregnancy.... Every pregnancy is different. Therefore, we cannot tell you if you will have a normal delivery. We can only tell you that we know an approach that has helped lots of women turn their breech babies. We explain it in this video: ua-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/v-deo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

I am 36 weeks with a frank breech baby and after two unsuccessfull ECVs, I have to decide between vaginal birth or c-section. I was always inclined to give first naturally but I know that not everybody can deliver a breeched baby. Should I go straight to a c-section or try to go for a vaginal delivery anyways? What would be the signs to switch from vaginal to c-section during labor?
Hi there 😊, that is indeed a very difficult to decision to make! But please understand that we cannot tell you what you should do because this can only be done by a doctor who is familiar with your case (also, it's legally not possible that we tell you what to do in an online setting). We can only give you some general information: 1. Babies often turn in the very last moment! Like, we had babies who turned ON THE DAY of the C-section. That was in week 40... 2. Delivering a breech baby is possible via a normal delivery. However, it is (normally) going to take MUCH longer, simply because the baby is not in a good position. 3. Because of the breech presentation, there are various risks involved. The biggest concern is probably what is called a "cord prolapse". This is - in simple terms - when the cord "comes out" first and the risk here is that it will cut off the oxygen supply to the baby. There are also risks involved for the baby (f.e. a hip instability later on - which is why it is very important to see a chiropractor for your baby after birth when you do decide to deliver your baby vaginally). And there are also risks for yourself - in terms of injuries. 4 You need to find an OB who is willing to "let you try". This can be a challenge because not all doctors are willing to "take the risk" (keep in mind that there are also liability issues involved for the OB if something goes wrong). Moreover, the hospital needs to be equipped for an emergency C-section - just in case.... In general though, as we said, it IS possible to deliver a frank breech baby, GIVEN that your doctor approves and given that the circumstances are right: f.e. your baby's head must not be very big. They are also more likely to agree to a vaginal delivery, if this is not your first pregnancy. So, this is what we can tell you - in brief. It is important to note that EVERY delivery comes with certain risks, not just a breech delivery. Moreover, it would also be wrong to assume that a C-section is riskless. And we do hope that your OB has made you aware of those risks... That said, have you already tried these exercises? ua-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/v-deo.html We really hope this helps you!! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi there Helen 😘, in most countries, it is possible to have an elective C-section... You don't need a breech baby for that. Have you talked with your OB about it already?
Hi there 😊, at 22 weeks, you really don't need to worry about a breech presentation! You can worry about that once you are 34/35+ weeks pregnant! Until then, your baby will have most likely turned all by him/herself! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, normally, it is so that as your pregnancy progresses and your uterus expands, a low lying placenta will move further up and away from the os. We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there Stacey 😊, yes, this is a phenomenon that we do observe! And it has also been confirmed in scientific studies. If I remember correctly, the probabilities were 10-4. So this means: If your first baby WAS breech, you have a 10% chance of another breech baby during your second pregnancy. And if your second one was breech too, then you have a 25% chance of another breech baby during your third pregnancy. Compared to that, the probability is by far not that high, if your first and second baby was not breech. Of course, this is only statistics. But it IS something we observe.... There are, however, natural approaches that COULD help you turn your baby: We have found that - as long as a woman is fewer than 34 weeks pregnant - an exercise called "pelvic rocking" on a birthing ball is the most effective tool to turn a breech baby. I am 30 weeks, my AFI is 6cm which is low. While I am taking medicine to recover it, is there any way these methods will allow my breech baby to turn? My doctor says its not possible because of low fluid not allowing much movement space for baby. I desperately need someone to tell me this or anything else would work so I can avoid C section 😢
Hi there 😘, we are not gonna lie to you: with a low level of amniotic fluid, it is very difficult to turn a baby... However, at this point, you are only 30 weeks pregnant. There is still a lot of time to improve the level and then to turn the baby...
@@ifrahnayyer6106 There are many ways to increase the level. Drinking water is one good start. You can also ask your doctor to prescribe L-Arginine sachets. And a third option is to inject a saline solution through your cervix. Again, the last two options have to be approved/done by a doctor! 😊

Can u please tell about Dolichocephalic head ....am 28 weeks pregnant doctor told bsby is in breech position anf the hed is dolichocephalic
Hi there 😘,
can we ask: did your doctor say that the head could affect the baby's position in any way?
Hi am 19+ weeks pregnant with a breech baby and I'm worried I don't even know the head from the feet am kind of new to this it's My first time been pregnant I normally feels kicks in the lower part of my abdomen what should I do
Hi there 😊,
first of all, 19 weeks is WAY too early to be concerned about your baby's position.
We explain how it works in this video (actually, everything that we explain in this video could help): ua-cam.com/video/X3sOObqZHrY/v-deo.html
And then once a woman is 34+ weeks pregnant, we have found that "moxibustion" in combination with breech baby turning exercises is more effective to turn a baby. We explain how this approach works in this video: ua-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/v-deo.html
We hope this will help you too! 😊

Had my breech delivery 2times but all went well, but is still worried why this happened
Hi there 😊,
researchers found that if you had a breech baby in your first pregnancy, there is a higher probability for your second baby to be breech too (compared to women who did not have a breech baby).
However, it is still unclear why that's the case (except from obvious reasons, such as when the placenta is just in a bad position (very rare though) etc.)...
😊
Now I'm 34 weeks pregnant my baby is in breech position I had my first normal delivery now will it be a normal delivery
Hi there 😊,
first of all, please note that some babies only turn very late in a pregnancy.
We explain it in this video: ua-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/v-deo.html
We hope this helps! 😊

My baby was cephalic all through out the pregnancy after 16 weeks . After 32 week I started doing some prenatal yoga and he turned breech 😢Now it’s my 35th week and I have been doing some exercises specific to turn him but I think it’s not working. Because I feel his kicks down.
Hi there 😘,

I am 36 weeks with a frank breech baby and after two unsuccessfull ECVs, I have to decide between vaginal birth or c-section. I was always inclined to give first naturally but I know that not everybody can deliver a breeched baby. Should I go straight to a c-section or try to go for a vaginal delivery anyways? What would be the signs to switch from vaginal to c-section during labor?
Hi there 😊,
that is indeed a very difficult to decision to make! But please understand that we cannot tell you what you should do because this can only be done by a doctor who is familiar with your case (also, it's legally not possible that we tell you what to do in an online setting).
We can only give you some general information:

We really hope this helps you!! 😊

Hi, is there a way to turn my baby back to breech position?
I prefer a c-section above a vaginal birth.
Hi there Helen 😘,
in most countries, it is possible to have an elective C-section... You don't need a breech baby for that. Have you talked with your OB about it already?
Hi..i m 22+ weeks pregnant and position is breech.what should i do😢
Hi there 😊,
at 22 weeks, you really don't need to worry about a breech presentation! You can worry about that once you are 34/35+ weeks pregnant! Until then, your baby will have most likely turned all by him/herself! 😊

My placenta is 3.7cm away from os in 26 weeks is it move in next days
Hi there 😊,
normally, it is so that as your pregnancy progresses and your uterus expands, a low lying placenta will move further up and away from the os.
We hope this helps! 😊
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
This is my 3rd pregnancy. Baby is breech and All my children have been breech. Is this normal?
Hi there Stacey 😊,
yes, this is a phenomenon that we do observe!
There are, however, natural approaches that COULD help you turn your baby:
We have found that - as long as a woman is fewer than 34 weeks pregnant - an exercise called "pelvic rocking" on a birthing ball is the most effective tool to turn a breech baby.
Hi there 😘,
we are not gonna lie to you: with a low level of amniotic fluid, it is very difficult to turn a baby...
However, at this point, you are only 30 weeks pregnant. There is still a lot of time to improve the level and then to turn the baby...
@@CareAboutLittleOnes how can I improve the level? I am trying to drink litres of water including coconut water. Not sure what else would work
@@ifrahnayyer6106 There are many ways to increase the level. Drinking water is one good start.
You can also ask your doctor to prescribe L-Arginine sachets. And a third option is to inject a saline solution through your cervix.
Again, the last two options have to be approved/done by a doctor! 😊

@@LauraGoleva-sr9nf At this stage, you really don't need to worry at all! You have 2 whole months for baby to turn!
