Hi there 😊, thanks so much for your lovely feedback!! It is really very much appreciated!! 😊 I can absolutely understand that you are tired and exhausted! I think every woman who went through 40 weeks of pregnancy can relate to your situation! Luckily, you are now really very very close to finally meet that sweet little thing! So, hang in there!! We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
I'm 39+1 I'm getting induced tomorrow night but I've been trying everything for about a week to get baby to move down and maybe start off more naturally. I've had awful sciatica pain for a few days, I've managed to get a little bit of milk out of one boob lol. Today I had horrible mood swings and kicked my fridge and started to cry because I couldn't open my carton of juice, I've hardly suffered from mood swings throughout my pregnancy, so I hope that means I'm close. I can't stop cleaning too, even though I want to go to bed.
Hi there 😊, we have heard similar stories from LOTS of women right before they went into labor! 😊 So, yes, maybe everything will go down naturally? We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
This is so interesting. High risk pregnancy & here is what I have felt that you have mentioned- sciatic nerves lower back Pain (sacrem area) & hips CRAZILY EXACTLY In picture shown - heart arythmia (but this has been over a month) -I do get headaches but not on a daily basis, followed with dizziness -Frequent discharge the passed 3 days white & clear 34 weeks❤
Hi there 😊, thanks a lot for sharing this with us! 😊 Please note that - while we often observe these symptoms in moms-to-be whose labor is about to start - they don't apply to 100% of all women. So, it could just be "false alarm". Still, given that you have a high-risk pregnancy, we would closely monitor what's going on and be ready to talk with your OB or midwife. Ideally, we want this little one to stay in there for a little longer! 🥰 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Thanks, been following your vlogs since 2021 when I was pregnant with my son 💙 I am so happy I did as my son was born without complications. He is now 2 months old 😇
Hi there Evelyn 😊, that's really great to hear!! First of all, belated CONGRATULATIONS on your baby-boy from the 2 of us!!! 🥳🥳🥳 We are super happy to hear that you gave birth to your son without any complications! And we are also very happy to hear that our content helped you!! 😊 We also hope that you have been recovering well from your delivery! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Beautiful people, inside and out. I'd recommend this channel to everyone who likes to self educate on pregnancy and birth. A beautiful, lady and a lovely man, angel works.
Oh you are such a sweetheart! ❤️❤️ Thanks so much for this incredibly sweet comment! It really made our day! 😘 Thank you for writing it! 🥰 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
For my 1st pregnancy, I never experienced these symptoms...I only had contractions (my baby was born at 37 weeks 6 days). I was not dilating... 14 hrs in labor and I had to finally do en emergency c-section 😢. I'm 35 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby...i hope to experience these symptoms and have a natural birth...😊
Hi there 😊, please note that just because you did not dilate in the first delivery does not necessarily mean that it will happen again! So, fingers crossed! We are sure everything will be fine! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
39 + 5 today. I starter giggling when you guys mentioned less movement because I just noticed last night that my baby was moving less as well as this morning. I hope you are right about the labor part. Seeing my OBGYN later on today.
Fingers crossed! 😊 Maybe you will soon hold your little one on your arms!! 🥰 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

This info was super helpful. I thought I was going crazy with some of these totally unexpected symptoms. Thank you so much😊. Tomorrow is my due date and I was worried the baby was taking too long but after seeing this and identifying that I have absolutely ALL those symptoms I’m relieved to know my baby is coming soon.🎉❤
Hi there 😊, oh, that's great to hear!! So fingers crossed that your labor will start very soon!! 😊 When you finally hold that sweet little thing in your arms, enjoy EVERY SECOND of it!! 😍😍 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

Thank you both for your informative videos! 40 + 2 today and hoping to avoid being induced next week. Definitely new information I hadn't found anywhere else. Best wishes from a British Mum living in Germany.
Hi there 😊, thanks so much for your lovely feedback!! 😘 We are very happy to hear that you find our content helpful!! 😊 Don't give up just yet! Oftentimes, a woman does not see/feel any signs of labor at all. And then suddenly, everything goes really fast! We see it all the time here in London... For those who experience these signs before 37 weeks, don’t worry and overthink too much. I’ve been having all these symptoms for at least a month now, currently 41+1 and no baby yet. So these aren’t the most reliable ways to tell you’re definitely going into labour within the next few days.
Hi there 😘 unfortunately, there is no such thing as a "reliable way to tell that you are definitely going into labor". It just does not exist! That's one thing. The other thing is: even if 99% of women experienced those signs right before they go into labor, it wouldn't mean that the same applies to you! Therefore, we can only tell you the symptoms that MOST women report right before they go into labor. By the way: if you have indeed experienced all those symptoms for more than a month now, we STRONGLY recommend that you get in touch with your doctor! Weight loss should not be taken lightly, particularly not when it is an ongoing problem! So, please get in touch with your doctor! Thank you! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes my mother gave birth to 6 of us, all under the age of 5. The last set were natural triplets. They didnt have due dates in Poland in the 80s, you did a check up once or twice the whole pregnancy where the Doctor came to your home and just took BP, listened to the heart beat and measured your stomach with an actual measuring crafting tape. Whenever the baby was ready, or our natural bodies knew it was time, you either gave birth at home, (women helping women) or headed tp the hospital. All my friends here in the states are constantly forced to be induced cuz they went over their "supposed" due date, and if forced induction doesnt work, right away Csection. It's a money making business
Finally I get the answers because I'm 38 weeks and the first signs you mentioned I have been experiencing them and I can't walk or move it's so painful especially getting up in the morning and I googled and no one had answers but you guys made it clear, thank you. You both are so cute I swaer#love from South Aftica❤

Hi there 😘, yes, we can totally understand that! If you experience that many signs already in week 37, it becomes very tiring and exhausting... Hang in there though!! You are almost there!! We wish you GOOD LUCK and ALL THE BEST for the upcoming delivery, for you and for your baby! ❤️
Still no baby yet like seriously all this and nothing have been having some contractions and feeling period like pains with it. But otherwise baby is still no show.
@@shashannawilson5345 Thank you for the update! 😊 Okay, so, we do have cases like yours every now and then! Women who experience all those signs of labor. And yet, nothing is happening. When this happens, we no longer focus our treatments on the uterus and other things to help the woman go into labor. Instead, we focus all of our treatments on relaxation only. And in surprisingly many cases, this helps the woman go into labor! In fact, sometimes, they even go into labor during the treatment. 😊 By the way: we do a combination of acupuncture and reflexology. We also started to explore another very powerful tool: moxibustion. So, maybe, you can get a treatment that helps you relax? Doesn't need to be alternative medicine. Can also be a nice massage treatment.... Maybe this would help??
I've had quite a pleasant pregnancy...no serious complaints and I know my little one will come when it's ready but I'm halfway through my 39th week and I just reeeally want to finally hold and see my baby that it's making me so impatient on this last stretch! I've been increasingly having the signs you described in this video and although I don't want to get my hopes up too much to not get so disappointed day after day that I haven't gone into labor, I kinda do hope, that these signs mean I'll get to meet my baby soon 🥰
HI there 😊, this is only understandable! At some point, you just want that baby out and in your arms! 🥰 So, fingers crossed that it will happen to you soon!! We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

Wow so interesting! I have been worried since I’m 39+3 and haven’t had many of the regular signs of labor yet but I have had major nerve pain both pelvis and sciatic, heart palpatations, and mild headaches the last couple days! Hoping baby comes soon!
Hi there 😊, fingers crossed then!! Maybe you will soon hold your baby in your arms! 😊 We wish you GOOD LUCK and ALL THE BEST for the upcoming delivery, for you and for your baby! ❤️

Hey…just. About a week ago, I was feeling my baby has dropped but wasn’t sure.then saw your video for the 9 signs and I had almost 8 out of them. Yesterday had my ultrasound and the baby is in vertex representation. Thanks a ton for the work you both put in
Hi there 😊, it makes us very happy to hear that! 😊 Thanks so much for taking the time to write such a lovely feedback!! 😘 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
In my first pregnancy I did a lot 9f walking a few days before I went into labour because I had a surge of energy which also made sleeping very tough. I had pain in my lower back, just above my tail bone and my belly suddenly felt lower and heavy, like I was carrying a sand bag on my belt. In my second pregnancy this was all he same except I was also lost my appetite, had insomnia with no burst of energy and my vagina felt very sensitive and puffy. I have 5 weeks left in my third pregnancy and so many symptoms have been different from both other pregnancies that I'm not yet sure how my body will react when it gets closer. I have thoughts but will wait and see
Hi there 😊, thanks a lot for sharing this with us! It's something that many women report who are mothers of several kids: some of their pregnancies were similar to a previous ones, other pregnancies were completely different. In general though, two pregnancies are normally never alike because there are factors which are unique to each pregnancy. For example: baby's position in the womb, the position of the placenta, if there are medical issues such as hypertension or not etc. That is why "experienced" mothers normally say that they never really "got used to pregnancies". It' always a new journey! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, please don't worry just yet! 😊 On average, a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks. Everything within that range is considered "normal". That said, there ARE things which have helped other women in similar situations: 1. Nipple stimulation (just keep in mind that it may not be done with a few minutes per day) 2. Reflexology (same as nipple stimulation: it may not be done with a few minutes per day only) 3. Acupuncture (acupuncture itself cannot induce labor; however, it can help in cases when a woman cannot go into labor because of high stress. So if you are really stressed, acupuncture could help) 4. Exercises on a birthing ball Of course, there is also Castor oil. However, personally, we always treat Castor oil as last resort simply because of the side effects. Also, you can never be sure if it is going to work... Still, it CAN be super effective for labor induction. Just discuss with your doctor first, if Castor oil is the right tool in your particular case... We talk more about these tools and also how to apply them in these 2 videos: ua-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/v-deo.html (reflexology, nipple stimulation, Castor oil) ua-cam.com/video/UgrbOc4cebY/v-deo.html (birth ball exercises) Finally, keep in mind that things can sometimes go really fast. A woman may not see any signs of labor whatsoever. And then a moment later, she is in labor and a few hours later her baby is born (we have seen many such cases). This happens particularly often in second pregnancies because the body has done this once already... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Just subscribed. Great information! I will definitely watch other videos about baby. I'm 38+2, and today in the morning before the breakfast I threw up. Which is one of the signs of before the delivery that you've mentioned in the video. I really hope the baby is coming into 24 to 48 hours. Because my belly is about to 💥💥💥💥💥
Hi there 😊, first of all, thanks a lot for subscribing and for your feedback!! We are very happy to hear that you find our content helpful! 😊 Yes, maybe it IS your day today! Just keep in mind that it is normally more typical to observe several of the signs we explain here before a woman goes into labor! But don't worry! @@CareAboutLittleOnes Thank you for the warm reply. Right now I am at the hospital. Finally they have to induce the labor. Because today my OB has checked the weight of the baby, 4,2kg at week 38+3😂 We can not wait any longer. So, I am here with medication vía vaginal first, let's see if it works for me in the next hours. Best regards.

@@CareAboutLittleOnes Not yet with my baby girl. However it seems the medication have started to working during all the night, and I already have brownish discharge and more intense contractions, but still not that regular. Today in the afternoon (I'm from Spain) they will take out the vaginal medication and give me oxytocin, so I guess hopefully this night before 00:00am I can hold me baby girl. Otherwise, the first of December is also a nice date to welcome my rainbow baby girl 🤩. Thanks again!

I'm in my 39th week and feel so exhausted with this pregnancy, been having mild pain like menstrual cramps for weeks now with hardening of my stomach, definitely, Braxton hicks contractions. I feel so much pressure in my pelvis, have lower back pain, and it's also more difficult to walk now...im soo done and cant wait
Hi there 😊, poor you!! We totally understand how you are feeling these days! Trust us: EVERY woman feels like this at some point. 😊 However, try to see the positive side: first of all, you are now 39 weeks pregnant. So you are really VERY close to meet that sweet little thing. And second, you also see that lots of things are going on in your body right now. So, it's really only just a matter of time. Imagine being in your situation and not experiencing ANY sign of labor. That would be much worse! Try to relax as well as possible! Try the tools that we show in this video: ua-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/v-deo.html Try to sit in this position: ua-cam.com/video/K5uxfr0YJ_E/v-deo.html And finally, try birth ball exercises, if your doctor agrees: ua-cam.com/video/UgrbOc4cebY/v-deo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi there 😊, that's great!! We are very happy to hear that you find our information helpful!! 😊 Membrane sweep can be a big help to get labor started. I'm 39 weeks today. Last few days have been miserable and extremely hormonal. But the worst thing is in my low pelvis I am hurting so bad! Only way I can explain is my pelvis feels like it's going to break in half. Feels like the cartlidge that holds the front part is on fire, but very sharp. It's in the actual bone area though, not lighting crotch. Baby #3 and never had this before. Any tips for relief or is this what you mean by the lower pelvic pain? Thank you for doing a video on some of the less common signs!
Hi there 😘, it is really difficult to do something against your pain at that stage of your pregnancy (except from giving birth 😊). If it is pelvic girdle pain that you experience, then exercises COULD help. However, they are pointless at this stage, because they take some time to take effect. Moreover, the pain could also be caused by other problems, like baby's position in your womb or because baby is very big etc. If the pain is worrying you, we would not hesitate to call your midwife and seek further advice. Only they can find out where the pain is coming from exactly... We are very sorry that we cannot be a better help here... 😬 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@Kdm109 Good point! The other problem is that forward inversions could disengage the baby - which however, is not the worst thing to happen if the baby is not in an optional position. That is why it would be best to know baby's position first before trying forward inversions...
@@GinjaFajr I wrote that comment and a few hours later went into labor. It didn't seen too effect me during labor. I think it was due to my baby being extremely low and my water was getting ready to break and pushing down our something. My water broke before I went into labor and it was worse than any water breaking in a movie (which doesn't usually happen like that- don't let it scare you). But after my water broke, I don't really remember my pelvis hurting in the same way it was.
Hi there 😘, yes, we totally get that! 😊 At some point, you just cannot take it any longer. All you want is your body back!! But hang in there! You are already very close!! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Thank you for the information. It’s really helpful. I am 34 weeks today and I feel shooting pains in my spine. Mostly lower back but sometimes mid back as well. Is this a sign of preterm?
Hi there 😊, you are MOST WELCOME! We are happy to hear that you find our videos helpful! 😊 Regarding your question: In general, a shooting pain can often happen when baby moves over or kicks against certain ligaments or nerves. So, it is not necessarily a sign of preterm labor. However, as always, we would talk with your midwife as well! Because it may be different in your case - based on your particular pregnancy case. So, it's always better to make one phone call more than necessary... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, white discharge is normally nothing to worry about during a pregnancy. In fact, this will get more as you reach the end of your pregnancy. However, as always, if you ARE worried, it is best to talk with your midwife or your provider about it! We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Your videos have helped me so much. I’m 39 weeks and 2 days and I had a membrane sweep 2 days ago because I’ve had early labour signs/prodromal labour for over a week. I am 36 weeks now. Please clarify if these are my signs? 1. Not sure if its “fullness” but my vulva has been feeling sore for few weeks. 2. I have diarrhoea-like feeling, but bowels are still normal. 3. I am starting to have sharp shooting pains all over my legs, butt and hips. 4. Sometimes i feel pressure on my rectum that causing me to pass gas if it happens. But the pressure usually happens if my baby is awake inside kicking around.
Hi there 😊, all of these signs are very typical as you are getting closer to your due date. And most people do call these signs "early signs of labor". However, unfortunately, it is impossible to say if you are about to go into labor or not. Some women experience such symptoms for weeks without going into labor. Others experience them for a couple of days only and then go into labor. So, it is really different from woman to woman... One thing is clear though: your body is definitely preparing for the big day.... 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
I'm 38+5 days and this just makes me symptom spot, idk if it's happening soon or in another 3 weeks 😳no symptoms of labor for me( I have lost some weight, last appointment my doctor asked about it)
Hi there 😘, please keep in mind that week 38 may still be too early to experience any signs of labor. On average, a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks. So, please don't despair! Trust that your body knows what it is doing!! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, the most important thing to do is to stop worrying! 😊 Please keep in mind that the EDD is just an estimate and that MANY MANY women won't feel anything before they have reached their EDD... Trust that your body knows exactly what it is doing! 😊 With that in mind, here are some videos that may help: In this video (ua-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/v-deo.html) we explain several tools to prepare for labor and induce labor. Exercising (even if it is only just a walk in the nature) can help too. But the most effective exercises are birth ball exercises (ua-cam.com/video/UgrbOc4cebY/v-deo.html). On top of that, the right sitting position can also support the whole process (ua-cam.com/video/K5uxfr0YJ_E/v-deo.html) We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes 😊 thank you for your time for responding me I just can't stop thinking about it knowing the possible effects of overdue but thanks alot your videos Keep me motivating supporters here all the way from Mindanao Philippines ❤️❤️❤️😊
@@OliverSumalpong-ts9fm Please don't worry! Just because you are overdue does not automatically mean that something bad is going to happen. We know tons of women who were overdue and gave birth to perfectly healthy babies! You can do it too! ❤❤ Greeting to the beautiful Philippines!!
Hi there 😊, please understand that we are in no position to tell you if something is not right with your baby or not! If you believe that your baby is not moving enough, please do get in touch with your OB or midwife! We can only tell you this much: there is a tendency for babies to be more active at night. That's because during the day, you are constantly on the move. This creates those nice rocking sensations for your baby which can make the baby sleepy. At night though, you rest. And this is when they often wake up! 😊 Please note though: this does NOT mean that a baby does not move at all during the day! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, whether or not this is possible depends a bit on the specifics of your case. For example: baby's exact position, length of the cord etc. However: we can assure you that we came across many cases of pregnancies with a single loop around baby's neck. And they were all able to have a normal delivery. So, NORMALLY, this should not be a reason to worry. But please do talk with your doctor about the specifics of your case... Thank you! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi I'm 33 week pregnant and I have sharp pain in my lower abdomen and also my abdomen circumference is less than 10 % and my baby is in cephalic position whether it's the sign of preterm? It's my first baby so I'm so nervous
Hi there 😘, we really encourage you to talk with your doctor about the pain you experience! There can be very harmless reasons for the pain you experience, particularly now at 33 weeks. However, it is always better to talk with your doctor about sharp pains, who knows your pregnancy case... Thank you! 😘 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

@@jaywallcreeper Thanks so much! It makes us very happy to hear that!! 😊❤ We totally understand that the thought of your delivery is scary. Particularly when you are a first time mom (although the reality is that even moms who deliver their 10th baby tend to be nervous). However, you always have to keep in mind that BILLIONS of women have done this before you! If they could do it, YOU can do it too! Besides, everything will be forgotten once you hold that sweet little thing in your arms! And if you focus on that very moment when you are in labor, things are gonna be much easier! I hv. Been frequently getting cough and cold aftr mt 30th week.. currently 38weeks but still could feel som saline in my lungs..is thar common to get cough cold during later stage of pregnancy.. i hv never got any severe cough or fever b4 pregnancy
Hi there 😊, we know lots of cases of women who had all the symptoms of the flu at a late stage of their pregnancy. So, yes, this seems to happen quite often... That said, if your symptoms are severe (particularly severe cough), we strongly recommend seeing a doctor so that they can exclude other important medical reasons why your developed that cough... We hope this helps! 😊
Am in 37 weeks am feeling little contractions when I get to hospital I got checked I was told that I was just got dilating, so when I got home I saw little water not little blood. Please is it good to stay at home untill the real contractions started?
Hi there 😊, unless your doctor tells you otherwise, there is no reason to assume that it is not safe to wait for your contractions to intensify at home. Actually, this is what happens most of the times: contractions start, you go to the hospital and if you are not yet sufficiently dilated, they will send you home - given that they think it's safe for you to do so.... 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there Grace 😊, when you experience the signs that we talk about in this video, then NORMALLY labor is really very close. Like 24 hours, 48 hours tops. But of course, there are always exceptions because not everything applies to every woman... 😊😊
Hi there 😊, at the end of a pregnancy, the amount of discharge is an up and down. So, it can be that you experience lots of discharge over one day or a couple of days. And then it decreases again for a day or several days... So, that by itself is normally not a reason to be worried. But of course, if you ARE worried about anything related to your pregnancy, please do not hesitate to talk with your doctor about it! We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😘, if you experience these signs already in week 32, we kindly ask you to get in touch with your doctor or midwife! It could just be false alarm. However, it could also be signs that you are about to go into preterm labor (though that also depends on everything else you experience - apart from the signs we mention here). So, please do get in touch with your doctor or midwife, just to be on the safe side - thank you! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
I am 37 + weeks pregnent and i have bowl problm hemorrhids and i feel pain in my lowr back lower abdomn and also in legs ...but the is plan pain not like labour pain .....what i do please help me ...
Hi there 😘, unfortunately, all the things that you describe CAN be totally normal at the end of a pregnancy, unless your doctor tells you otherwise of course. And they are not necessarily things that only happen when you are in labor... That said, if your back pain is severe, it could also be caused when your baby is not in an optimal position for labor. Here is a video in which we explain the problem: ua-cam.com/video/wouG3-qVAho/v-deo.html Apart from what we explain in this video, there is really nothing that you can do. It's just what women go through when they are getting close to labor... We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
me again guys, 39 weeks 2 days and i've been getting all of the symptoms for days now but no baby. could it be that because i am on bed rest for a long time?
Hi there Elisia 😊, what you experience often happens when baby is not in a good position for labor (as explained in our other comment). And when that's the case, resting in a bed can indeed prolong the whole phase. That's because if you remain in the same position, it is even more difficult for baby to find a better position. As a result, baby's head cannot apply well onto your cervix. And things will take longer. So, the best way to support this process would be keeping upright, walking around, frequent position changes and so forth. However, obviously, if you have to stay in bed, that's not gonna be possible... Can we ask why you have to stay in bed?
Mam my 2nd baby is 9 months old.my periods are regular .I have no period from delivery to breastfeeding .from last two weeks feeling just nausea or.... nothing. but using correctly pregnancy strip for 4 times shows negative result. Kindy reply. Is it cryptic pregnancy???? First time with me. What should I do now?
In my 1st and 2nd pregnancy i feel full and heavy stomach ( fullness from throat to stomach)before eating too.i have No digestive problem.1st baby dead because of fake , greedy doctor full term normal baby everything was clearly ok before one day of delivery . It s normal delivery according to my doctor. I next day I lost my baby by a fake Dr. 2nd baby , I was sespected to ectopic in hospital but after 6, 7 weeks clears not ectopic baby born normally and safe. Now I feel no signs appear just just nausea..i faced difficulties. Thanks
@@onlineearningsbtc506 Oh my god, we are very sorry to hear this... ☹☹☹ Well, nausea alone is not necessarily a sign that you are pregnant. However, of course, it COULD be - given that you are otherwise alright... Maybe you would like to try another pregnancy test if it continues?
Hi there 😊, please note that on average, a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks. Therefore, it may still be too early for your body... It very much depends on your cervix and the position of your baby. That said, in general, several things could help induce labor: In this video (ua-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/v-deo.html) we explain several tools to prepare the cervix for labor and to induce labor. Moreover, birth ball exercises could help (ua-cam.com/video/UgrbOc4cebY/v-deo.html) On top of that, the right sitting position can also support the whole process (ua-cam.com/video/K5uxfr0YJ_E/v-deo.html) We really hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️ P.S.: Deep squats will not make your cervix dilate...
I'm at week 34 , baby at 32 weeks weighing 2.3kg, now at 34 I feel baby is moving in very low position like I feel it in thighs and fluttering is felt near genitals making me feel like peeing, is it sign of labor
Hi there 😊, to be honest, this sounds like your baby could have dropped (more info here: ua-cam.com/video/9IXI5sG-d7w/v-deo.html). However, what you mention here are not really "signs of labor". Unfortunately, no one will be able to tell you how long it will take before you will go into labor.... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Appetite somehow I am taking extra calories because I got too much hungry in these days of my 34th week sometimes 4am sometimes midnight and about my baby movements I have made videos of it's movements in my belly my baby's bones feels in my belly so tight tough bones is it normal
Hi there 😊, we have had some difficulties understanding what you mean exactly. Is there a question? And if so, could you please rephrase it? Thank you! 😊
@@CareAboutLittleOnes my question was about appetite you said in last days loss of appetite and diarrhea is usual but it's opposite in my case that I am asking is it normal and please I'm sorry I couldn't make you understand what I exactly wanted to to earlier 🤗🤗my bad
@@つみかお鳥 No, not at all! There is really no need to apologize! 😊 Okay, now we got your question 😊 Thanks a lot for clarifying! So, the "problem" is that the signs of labor that we mention in this video may apply to most women. But as always when it comes to pregnancies, they don't apply to ALL women. Therefore, maybe you experience the opposite OR maybe, it's just not your time yet... It's very difficult to say because every woman is different.... 😊
I'm 39 weeks and 2 days and dilated 5 cm from last 10 days and still don't have a single sign of labour. Please suggest me if getting induce is ok or not? This is my first pregnancy
Hi there 😊, look, if you are 5cm dilated already even before labor has started, we would not worry about your labor at all! 😊 We would just lean back and relax! Women who are already dilated 5cm even before labor starts will normally always go into labor spontaneously. And they normally also have a very fast labor. So, don't even worry about an induction right now... Of course, if you like, there are ways to help your body induce labor: ua-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/v-deo.html But don't think that this is necessary for your body to start labor! We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
What happened with you? I am pretty much the same - 4 cm delated for a week now, baby's down since 8.5 months, except my due date is tomorrow and they want to induce me 😢 Both my doctors expected that I would have delivered long ago.
Is it okay to deliver at 38 weeks? My baby and I are okay.... But I have type two diabetes. Am maintaining my sugar levels well. We both fine however my doctor told me it's better to induce at 38 week to avoid complications. My question is, is it good to induce labor if I am not starting dilation ? Is it good to wait until 39 week? Now am 36 weeks
Hi there 😊, development-wise, a baby should - ideally - stay in there for at least 37 weeks. PERFECT would be 38 full weeks. However, the minimum should (ideally) be 37 weeks. So yes, you can absolutely deliver a baby in week 38...! 😊 As for your other question. medical inductions can be done, no matter if you are dilated or not. We would say: more important is that your cervix is soft. Because that way, things are more likely gonna go smoother during the induction. Plus, it is more likely gonna be a success. We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
I'm 34 weeks and experiencing a bunch of these , it feels like my baby might come anytime now. I was just discharged in the hospital for having palpitations, dizzy spells , loss of appetite. Sometimes I go to pee 13times a day and lots of fluid! But no pain, I have on and off mild cramps also and my baby has been head down since 29weeks. Do you think I'll make it to 37 weeks still ?
Hi there 😘, in such cases, doctors normally recommend strict bedrest! Please note that just because you experience these symptoms does not mean that you will go into labor anytime soon. So, you could absolutely make it til week 37. However, these signs are - we would say - the most "reliable" signs of labor. So, please stay in touch with your doctor and follow their advice! Again, in cases like this, bedrest is normally the best thing to do! We hope this helps! 😘 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, that's a very good question! And to be honest with you, we have no idea if it is possible AT ALL to do that (in a natural way). At least, we are not aware of any natural remedies or treatments which could help with that... We are sorry that we cannot help here.... 😬
Hi there 😘, we are very sorry to hear that! 😩 Do you know the position of your baby? Based on what you describe, it could be that your baby is facing your front which could explain that extreme back pain....?
@@batoulbaalbaki791 It's not about head down! It's about the question, if your baby is facing your front or your back! We assume that your baby is facing your front, given your back pain...
Hi mam I am 36 weeks pregnant I visited my doctor and she adviced me to stop ecospirin tablet 2 weeks and do echo .I'm confused will stoping tablet all of a sudden cause any health issue like increase in BP.kindly advice natural remedies for BP
Hi there 😘, please understand that we cannot make any recommendations in your case because it seems that you are under some form of medical treatment. So that's something that you should only discuss with your doctor (or get a second opinion from another doctor). Don't hesitate to address your concerns that your BP goes up when you stop taking the pills... In general, we can tell you that there are lots of natural ways to reduce high BP. However, the question what is a good natural treatment in your particular case very much depends on your particular case. So, ideally, you see an alternative therapist for a checkup. And then they can recommend natural remedies to you, depending on your particular case... We are very sorry that we cannot be a better help here 😬... We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😘, it is not uncommon to suffer from diarrhea at the end of a pregnancy. However, it is always difficult to say, if what you experience is a sign that labor is about to start... We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, don't worry! First of all, on average, a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks. So, it may still be too early for you. And second, not every woman experiences all of those symptoms... So, no need to worry right now... 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😘, please note that some babies only engage very late in a pregnancy. Others only engage after labor has started. Are there any medical reasons why you believe you cannot wait for a normal start of labor?
Hi there 😊, thanks so much for your lovely feedback! We are very happy to hear that you like our videos! 😘😘 Regarding your question: Most women describe this phenomenon as if the baby already "arrived" in their vagina. Of course, it is not possible that your baby's head fills your vagina as long as you are not in the pushing phase - but that's what they feel. It is mostly related to the fact that their baby is now very deep in their pelvis. But it is also due to the fact that the baby most likely moves over ligaments and nerves in the pelvis, which can sometimes feel as if baby's head is "filling" the vagina... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi your delivery already
I'm 39+1 I'm getting induced tomorrow night but I've been trying everything for about a week to get baby to move down and maybe start off more naturally.
I've had awful sciatica pain for a few days, I've managed to get a little bit of milk out of one boob lol. Today I had horrible mood swings and kicked my fridge and started to cry because I couldn't open my carton of juice, I've hardly suffered from mood swings throughout my pregnancy, so I hope that means I'm close. I can't stop cleaning too, even though I want to go to bed.
Hi there 😊,
we have heard similar stories from LOTS of women right before they went into labor! 😊 So, yes, maybe everything will go down naturally?

Hi there 😊,
thanks a lot for sharing this with us! 😊
Please note that - while we often observe these symptoms in moms-to-be whose labor is about to start - they don't apply to 100% of all women. So, it could just be "false alarm".
Still, given that you have a high-risk pregnancy, we would closely monitor what's going on and be ready to talk with your OB or midwife.
Ideally, we want this little one to stay in there for a little longer! 🥰

For those who experience these signs before 37 weeks, don’t worry and overthink too much.
I’ve been having all these symptoms for at least a month now, currently 41+1 and no baby yet. So these aren’t the most reliable ways to tell you’re definitely going into labour within the next few days.
Hi there 😘
unfortunately, there is no such thing as a "reliable way to tell that you are definitely going into labor".
Thank you!

They prob werent as accurate with your due date
@@sylkola457 Yes, that happens more often than you would think... 🙈

@@shashannawilson5345 Thank you for the update! 😊
Okay, so, we do have cases like yours every now and then!
By the way: we do a combination of acupuncture and reflexology. We also started to explore another very powerful tool: moxibustion.
So, maybe, you can get a treatment that helps you relax? Doesn't need to be alternative medicine. Can also be a nice massage treatment....
Maybe this would help??

I have thoughts but will wait and see
Hi there 😊,
thanks a lot for sharing this with us!

What
Im 40w+2 days today…no signs of labor coming😩…feeling good, but I cant wait to meet our baby boy😩
Hi there 😊,
please don't worry just yet! 😊 On average, a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks. Everything within that range is considered "normal".
That said, there ARE things which have helped other women in similar situations:
1. Nipple stimulation (just keep in mind that it may not be done with a few minutes per day)
2. Reflexology (same as nipple stimulation: it may not be done with a few minutes per day only)
3. Acupuncture (acupuncture itself cannot induce labor; however, it can help in cases when a woman cannot go into labor because of high stress. So if you are really stressed, acupuncture could help)
4. Exercises on a birthing ball
Of course, there is also Castor oil. However, personally, we always treat Castor oil as last resort simply because of the side effects. Also, you can never be sure if it is going to work... Still, it CAN be super effective for labor induction. Just discuss with your doctor first, if Castor oil is the right tool in your particular case...
We talk more about these tools and also how to apply them in these 2 videos: ua-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/v-deo.html (reflexology, nipple stimulation, Castor oil)
ua-cam.com/video/UgrbOc4cebY/v-deo.html (birth ball exercises)
Finally, keep in mind that things can sometimes go really fast. A woman may not see any signs of labor whatsoever. And then a moment later, she is in labor and a few hours later her baby is born (we have seen many such cases). This happens particularly often in second pregnancies because the body has done this once already...
We hope this helps! 😊
We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

Just subscribed. Great information! I will definitely watch other videos about baby. I'm 38+2, and today in the morning before the breakfast I threw up. Which is one of the signs of before the delivery that you've mentioned in the video. I really hope the baby is coming into 24 to 48 hours. Because my belly is about to 💥💥💥💥💥
Hi there 😊,
first of all, thanks a lot for subscribing and for your feedback!! We are very happy to hear that you find our content helpful! 😊
Yes, maybe it IS your day today! Just keep in mind that it is normally more typical to observe several of the signs we explain here before a woman goes into labor!
But don't worry! Your baby will definitely arrive BEFORE your belly explodes! 😁

@@lunabay2516Oh!! Fingers crossed then!!! Maybe, you are already holding that sweet little thing in your arms already right now????

Hi there 😊,
poor you!! We totally understand how you are feeling these days! Trust us: EVERY woman feels like this at some point. 😊
However, try to see the positive side: first of all, you are now 39 weeks pregnant. So you are really VERY close to meet that sweet little thing. And second, you also see that lots of things are going on in your body right now. So, it's really only just a matter of time.
Imagine being in your situation and not experiencing ANY sign of labor. That would be much worse!
Try to relax as well as possible! Try the tools that we show in this video: ua-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/v-deo.html
Try to sit in this position: ua-cam.com/video/K5uxfr0YJ_E/v-deo.html
And finally, try birth ball exercises, if your doctor agrees: ua-cam.com/video/UgrbOc4cebY/v-deo.html

Hi there 😘,
it is really difficult to do something against your pain at that stage of your pregnancy (except from giving birth 😊).
We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Forward inversions can help relieve discomfort but it won’t be crazy effective if the baby’s dropped
@@Kdm109 Good point! The other problem is that forward inversions could disengage the baby - which however, is not the worst thing to happen if the baby is not in an optional position. That is why it would be best to know baby's position first before trying forward inversions...
I know exactly the pain.😩How did you get on with the pelvic pain during birth? Was it still present?
@@GinjaFajr I wrote that comment and a few hours later went into labor. It didn't seen too effect me during labor. I think it was due to my baby being extremely low and my water was getting ready to break and pushing down our something. My water broke before I went into labor and it was worse than any water breaking in a movie (which doesn't usually happen like that- don't let it scare you). But after my water broke, I don't really remember my pelvis hurting in the same way it was.

Thank you for the information. It’s really helpful. I am 34 weeks today and I feel shooting pains in my spine. Mostly lower back but sometimes mid back as well. Is this a sign of preterm?
Hi there 😊,
you are MOST WELCOME! We are happy to hear that you find our videos helpful! 😊
Regarding your question:
In general, a shooting pain can often happen when baby moves over or kicks against certain ligaments or nerves. So, it is not necessarily a sign of preterm labor. However, as always, we would talk with your midwife as well! Because it may be different in your case - based on your particular pregnancy case. So, it's always better to make one phone call more than necessary...
We hope this helps! 😊

Hi there 😊,
all of these signs are very typical as you are getting closer to your due date.

My baby do movements probably at night not active in day is there anything to worry about iam, 37weeks pregnant
Hi there 😊,
please understand that we are in no position to tell you if something is not right with your baby or not!
Please note though: this does NOT mean that a baby does not move at all during the day!
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Can I still have normal delivery with the cord around my babies neck?
Hi there 😊,
whether or not this is possible depends a bit on the specifics of your case.
Thank you!

I hv. Been frequently getting cough and cold aftr mt 30th week.. currently 38weeks but still could feel som saline in my lungs..is thar common to get cough cold during later stage of pregnancy.. i hv never got any severe cough or fever b4 pregnancy
Hi there 😊,
we know lots of cases of women who had all the symptoms of the flu at a late stage of their pregnancy.
Hi there 😊,
unless your doctor tells you otherwise, there is no reason to assume that it is not safe to wait for your contractions to intensify at home.
Actually, this is what happens most of the times: contractions start, you go to the hospital and if you are not yet sufficiently dilated, they will send you home - given that they think it's safe for you to do so.... 😊
We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Ok guys but how many days are we talking?! 😅😂
Hi there Grace 😊,
when you experience the signs that we talk about in this video, then NORMALLY labor is really very close. Like 24 hours, 48 hours tops.
But of course, there are always exceptions because not everything applies to every woman...
😊😊
Baby is dropping, and I've had the weight loss, but also a decrease in discharge. What would cause a decrease instead of increase?
Hi there 😊,
at the end of a pregnancy, the amount of discharge is an up and down.
Is this normal to feel around 32 weeks?
Hi there 😘,
if you experience these signs already in week 32, we kindly ask you to get in touch with your doctor or midwife!

Hi there 😘,
unfortunately, all the things that you describe CAN be totally normal at the end of a pregnancy, unless your doctor tells you otherwise of course. And they are not necessarily things that only happen when you are in labor...
That said, if your back pain is severe, it could also be caused when your baby is not in an optimal position for labor. Here is a video in which we explain the problem: ua-cam.com/video/wouG3-qVAho/v-deo.html
Apart from what we explain in this video, there is really nothing that you can do. It's just what women go through when they are getting close to labor...
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Am 38 weeks pregnant have back pain
Hi there 😘,
unfortunately, this is obviously very unpleasant but quite common at that stage! 😬
Do you know if baby is facing your back?
Funny baby taking shower before coming to world
😁 True...
The pelvic pains are insufferable!!
Unfortunately, in many women they are ☹️!
me again guys, 39 weeks 2 days and i've been getting all of the symptoms for days now but no baby. could it be that because i am on bed rest for a long time?
Hi there Elisia 😊,
what you experience often happens when baby is not in a good position for labor (as explained in our other comment).

Hi there 😘,
can we ask you why you believe that you are pregnant or that it is a cryptic pregnancy? Because of the nausea?

I next day I lost my baby by a fake Dr. 2nd baby , I was sespected to ectopic in hospital but after 6, 7 weeks clears not ectopic baby born normally and safe. Now I feel no signs appear just just nausea..i faced difficulties. Thanks
@@onlineearningsbtc506 Oh my god, we are very sorry to hear this... ☹☹☹
Well, nausea alone is not necessarily a sign that you are pregnant. However, of course, it COULD be - given that you are otherwise alright...
Maybe you would like to try another pregnancy test if it continues?
Im 38w and 5 days pregnant today but still i dont have any signs of true labor😔
Hi there 😊,
please note that on average, a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks. Therefore, it may still be too early for your body... It very much depends on your cervix and the position of your baby.
That said, in general, several things could help induce labor:
In this video (ua-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/v-deo.html) we explain several tools to prepare the cervix for labor and to induce labor.
Moreover, birth ball exercises could help (ua-cam.com/video/UgrbOc4cebY/v-deo.html)

@@つみかお鳥 No, not at all! There is really no need to apologize! 😊

Hi there 😊,
look, if you are 5cm dilated already even before labor has started, we would not worry about your labor at all! 😊
We would just lean back and relax! Women who are already dilated 5cm even before labor starts will normally always go into labor spontaneously. And they normally also have a very fast labor. So, don't even worry about an induction right now...
Of course, if you like, there are ways to help your body induce labor: ua-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/v-deo.html
But don't think that this is necessary for your body to start labor!
We hope this helps! 😊
We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Plz what do you make to dilatet 5 cm
What happened with you?
I am pretty much the same - 4 cm delated for a week now, baby's down since 8.5 months, except my due date is tomorrow and they want to induce me 😢
Both my doctors expected that I would have delivered long ago.
Hi there 😊,
development-wise, a baby should - ideally - stay in there for at least 37 weeks. PERFECT would be 38 full weeks. However, the minimum should (ideally) be 37 weeks. So yes, you can absolutely deliver a baby in week 38...! 😊
As for your other question. medical inductions can be done, no matter if you are dilated or not. We would say: more important is that your cervix is soft. Because that way, things are more likely gonna go smoother during the induction. Plus, it is more likely gonna be a success.
We hope this helps! 😊

Hi there 😘,
in such cases, doctors normally recommend strict bedrest!

How to conceive fraternal twins naturally?
Hi there 😊,
that's a very good question! And to be honest with you, we have no idea if it is possible AT ALL to do that (in a natural way). At least, we are not aware of any natural remedies or treatments which could help with that...
We are sorry that we cannot help here.... 😬
Week 38, no dilation. Very sharp back pain with contractions 🥲🥲🥲
Hi there 😘,
we are very sorry to hear that! 😩
Do you know the position of your baby?
Based on what you describe, it could be that your baby is facing your front which could explain that extreme back pain....?
@@CareAboutLittleOnes head down long time ago
@@batoulbaalbaki791 It's not about head down! It's about the question, if your baby is facing your front or your back!
We assume that your baby is facing your front, given your back pain...

Hi mam I am 36 weeks pregnant I visited my doctor and she adviced me to stop ecospirin tablet 2 weeks and do echo .I'm confused will stoping tablet all of a sudden cause any health issue like increase in BP.kindly advice natural remedies for BP
Hi there 😘,
please understand that we cannot make any recommendations in your case because it seems that you are under some form of medical treatment.

What about suddenly having loose stools/ diarrhea at 38 weeks
Hi there 😘,
it is not uncommon to suffer from diarrhea at the end of a pregnancy. However, it is always difficult to say, if what you experience is a sign that labor is about to start...

@@CareAboutLittleOnes thank you!
I’m 39’weeks I have none of these signs
Hi there 😊,
don't worry! First of all, on average, a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks. So, it may still be too early for you.
And second, not every woman experiences all of those symptoms...
So, no need to worry right now... 😊

@@CareAboutLittleOnes thanks 😊 this is my second child so I’m hoping it will be quick.
@@melcarrim5215 Fingers crossed! ;-)
Im 38weeks 6days but baby is still not engaged and wt is 3.3kgs can i wait for normal delivery
Hi there 😘,
please note that some babies only engage very late in a pregnancy. Others only engage after labor has started.
Are there any medical reasons why you believe you cannot wait for a normal start of labor?
Hi there love your videos, I'm 37weeks, can u please explain fullness in the vagina?
Hi there 😊,
thanks so much for your lovely feedback! We are very happy to hear that you like our videos! 😘😘
Regarding your question:
Most women describe this phenomenon as if the baby already "arrived" in their vagina.
