    • @justsomeguy2663
      @justsomeguy2663 4 роки тому +7

      You can get ankle locked from a figure 4 body lock as well. The longer you practice bjj, the more you start to understand that all of the "rules" you learn in the beginning are just strong guidelines to help you progress and understand fundemental concepts. There is always a counter to every move, but your opponent has to recognize it and implement it quickly and efficiently.

    • @interlace84

    Can we get a breakdown of Ashton kutcher recent roll?
    To my untrained eye he looks kind of awkward but I am probably missing something.

    What a great video! I genuinely love the playfulness and beautiful technique whenever Rener or Ryron roll, but it's especially exciting when it's against each other. Love it.

    Coner vs Porier
    Justin vs Chandler
    Tony vs Hooker
    But honestly if you're a casual even you know that Coner holding the belt is the best for the business.
    I'm looking fwd to the leon scott vs Khamzat. That's the next exiting fight.

    Give and take, they both couldve finish one another but they chose to give it up and let the other one get an upper hand, and then continue. Theyre literally just learning from each other of what would the other do if i do this and that.
