OMGLUTES!!!! I did this workout and I love doing long cardio, but I have to say this one really kicked my GLUTES! I was trying so hard to keep up and I did it!!!!! I want to give props to all the girls in this video for making it look so effortless and I am over here struggling to stand and keep my legs up. Came here during pandemic lockdown searching for a killer from my previous workout since I still felt some energy left, did the warm up and that just did it! OMG this is killer. popsugar’s barre classes always kick my butt (literally. my butt! ow!). i always click on barre workouts when i want something “easier”... but thanks to popsugar, barre workouts tend to be just as hard as the HIIT workouts i do!
I've done this so many times and its STILL so difficult and challenging. I love how you can get such a good workout but also work so much on flexibility AND stregnth- all at the same time. One of the best on Popsugar!!

Loved this workout!! As a New mom (10 months PP) What used to work for fitness goals, doesn’t work anymore! And I don’t have time to go to a pure barre class! This is perfect for a SAHM! Definitely took advantage of this during nap time! And I’m SO glad I did!! I could feel muscles engaging, and was dripping in sweat!! The 40min went by super fast!! I did this workout but I struggled with the glute workout. My supporting legs were burning more than the one doing the work. I have never felt a burn like this before. Am going to repeat this for awhile until I do them without having to rest frequently. Thanks PopSugar
it's normal that you also feel the burn in the supporting leg. Your supporting leg does not move, has to keep the balance and is supporting all your weight which is increased by the motion of your other leg.
Please please make more videos like this with Romi! This does wonders on my body type, I am going to do this every day for 2 weeks to see what kind of transformation I can achieve:)
A bit of cardio, a bit of booty burn (and I mean BURNNN OMG), a lot of balancing. The day after my glutes were slightly sore (less than I expected) and my OBLIQUES were sore. Did not see that coming! All those leg lift balances really work the sides of your torso!
I'm trying to decide if I want to do this today or tomorrow! I'm quite sore! this is my second day doing home workouts. the gym gets a bit boring. also I lost 84lbs in a year 💓
I quit the gym about 4-5 years ago when I worked out 9 hours (!) per week. Now I workout only 3.5-4 hours a week (about 30 min per day & sometimes 1 hour) at home and I'm more fit than when I took classes at the gym. Thanks to Pop Sugar Fitness and Les Mills on Demand.
I really want to lose some weight doing all those home workouts, but I always lose all the motivation. That's my problem. I can do it for one or two weeks, and that's all. I don't know how to change that :(. Sorry my bad english. This is not my first language.
My "policy" has been that I have to open a workout video and I can't click away until I've done it (I do have to pause the video to get into the right clothes though). I don't always have the motivation to do it either, but I would be mad at myself if I didn't do the workout at that point - I mean the video is loaded and ready to go for me :) Maybe something to try - once you finish the workout you'll be happy you did it! Wow this workout will definitely make you work from home! I burned a little over 300 cals with this one. Anna is a goddess for doing this pregnant! I found it hard to stay stable for some of these, so I recommend doing this one with a wall or something else to brace yourself nearby
I did ballroom dance in my late teens-early 20s so I thought I had this. Hah… Man was this a challenge! This was one of the best barre workouts I’ve seen online. My hamstrings are so sore. Thanks for the great burn, sweat, and stretch. 💕

I needed a low impact workout I could manage through some joint and body pain. This was definitely low impact, but high on effort and cardio! Avg HR 121, burned 243 calories. Next time I'll need a cushion under my knees for that glut isolation part.

I loved this workout. It was a bit of everything but also nothing was too difficult or complex to follow. It is also great having different sizes and abilities to follow, much everything much easier and much more enjoyable!

OMG! I used to have good physical condition, but i injuried my ankle and did nothing for the past 6 months... I thought this would be good to get back into movement, like intense but possible... I was totally wrong... This was INTENSE AND I ALMOST DIE lol. The good thing is that when thiis hapen I wanna come back over and over until I make it better and better. I ejoyed this a lot and you girls make it very fun :D Love this

This is a great workout. There were a couple times I wished she went over ow to set the position up better, but for the most part it was awesome.
