My mother was advised by her doctor for years to take calcium supplements, and 3 years ago she had a stroke. She was always healthy for an eighty years old, ate from home most of the time, lots of veggies and good proteins, plus she went to the gym twice a week. The stroke changed everything, and I always wondered why this happened to her! Now, I have a better understanding! I can't say for sure the calcium supplements caused it, but I do have my doubts.

Did your mothers or yourself take Magnesium, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin K2 every day as well? And enough iodised Seasalt against demineralisation? B Vitamins high dose because of malabsorption with age? Drink enough but not too much good drinking water? Stress? Pain or Anxiety? Social Connectedness? No high-oxalate diet? Pray regularly to the good shepherd?
Did she listen to her doctor and take any medicine like against high blood pressure? Instead of fixing gut health!, diet balance, nervous system function and cardiovascular membrane elasticity. If you read this and are interested it can’t hurt to check out Sally K. Norton and her 2023 book ‚Toxic Superfoods‘ about some ‚modern‘ Food Recommendations are unhealthy and why! Too much confusing information.

Just think about things and you'll get there.
For example: Eat fat, you get fat. We all know this is false. Insulin determines fat storage, not fat. Sugar impacts insulin far more than fat.
Now, alkaline: just because you eat alkaline, does that make your body alkaline? And if so, what part of your body is alkaline? Stomach? Sm-Intestine? Lg-intestine? Saliva? Skin? Blood?
Ingesting alkaline food doesn't mean you get alkaline. Your ph is determined by your body's homeostatic systems. Blood ph does not change (7.35-7.45) no matter what you eat, or else you'd die.
It does affect urine ph, but urine is how your body maintains homeostasis: it excretes whatever you have excess of. This is the way it is supposed to work.

After few weeks i received a results of test - it was amazing, the calcium in my body are 150% calcium more that human need, so I told that my doctor but he said that is not possible. At that point i deciced to go for natural nutritions and search by myself how to balance process in my body to be more healthy. I play tennis regularly and do exercises with kettle bells and dumbbells. I have osteopenia, iron deficient anemia, and Crohn's disease (in remission for 2.5 yrs due to Humira). I'm not sure how you could get excessive Vitamin D3. The current recommendation today is to take about 10,000 IU of D3. So unless you are deliberately jacking up your supplement intake on purpose, i don't think the average person will experience any situation of excessive Vitamin D3.

If your blood calcium levels are high which would be shown on a routine blood test, then forget all these supplements and natural cures go to an endocrinologist and get your parathyroid levels checked. Chances are you have a parathyroid issue and this could be cured with an extremely simple surgery. I just had this surgery 3 days ago and I am going back to work on Monday. Then I won't have to worry about calcium levels at all because people, this is a cure not a treatment

Yep...as he mentioned in the video, plants are used to break down rocks which create a mineral for the plant to absorb it. Much of the calcium occurs in the rock-forming mineral called "plagioclase feldspar." Over the years, I've noticed whenever I put rocks underneath my plant pots, I water the plant and similarly the rock/stones provides a rich mineral that really grows the plant. We shouldn't be consuming the rocks or drinking water with calcium carbonate. Several epidemiological investigations have demonstrated the relation between risk for cardiovascular disease, growth retardation, reproductive failure, and other health problems and hardness of drinking water or its content of magnesium and calcium.Calcification is a very dangerous thing.

ok so in Sept of 2014 i had appendix rupture while 26wks pregnant. Thank God all went ok after being very throughout the rest of the pregnancy. Docs did ultrasound and cat scan (the one where they inject iodine? it feels like a warm flush. then was put in to a big tube)... well my point is that they did a full check because i was in horrible pain and only noticed my appendix swollen, but because of my pregnancy my appendix was behind my right rib cage. close to my liver. at first they actually thought my liver was the problem because it seemed swollen 😳 that would be worse... anyhow the point is they checked well. Got the surgery done and then had my baby on December 3rd. natural🙏🙌. then on mid 2015 i had another 2 ultrasound where i had surgery because i would have pain there. TURNS OUT they found gallstones! now how did it happen so fast! like 6months after😳. ever since i have to watch what i eat or it will hurt. if i eat super healthy it doesn't hurt. i did have like 5 to 6 antibiotics in a 3mo period(because of constant UTIs that was getting worser every time after surgery. before i would only get once a year). I always had my expensive maternity multivitamin. i did go through some stress during tht time... so idk what caused to build gallstones that fast. i mean that area of the gallbladder was cheked a good 3 times with ultrasounds and 1 scan on Sept 2014... do you have an idea what happened?

So I am taking both calcium (as calcium hydroxyapatite, citrate, aspartate, alphaketoglutarate, lysinate ) along with magnesium, phosphorous, and potassium. I aslo drink raw milk once daily for a protein shake which uses natural egg protein. I am taking 4,000 iu of D3 as well. None of this is for making bones stronger etc. I am taking these for my muscles to help them work well as I do my strength workouts.
At 65 yrs I am building muscle much better than I would have thought possible. My pancreas do not produce insulin so I am taking that with meals or when glucose is high. I am very insulin resistant so I take about five times more than most diabetics do to reduce glucose levels. All this insulin results in weight gain, which is why I resisted doctors suggestions of taking insulin for so many years and I tried many other things. I am trying to leverage the insulin's steroidal properties to make sure some of the weight gain is muscle, figuring I may as well get some good out of it.
I was raised on raw milk and I still drink it daily and I have been taking one 500mg tablet of the calcium for activating the muscle cells, so is this OK, or am I in danger of too much? I do want to get maximum muscle cell activation for contraction.
