I revise my physics concepts with your vedios... They consist of almost every kind of concepts for both learning from the right beginning and revising. Keep posting the vedios.. Thank you
Mr. Michel, if I am not mistaking, those two equations are not identical because I see one has a ratio 0/2π and the other has 2π-0/2π. Moreover, the length contributing to the magnetic field for the top and the bottom are not same too.
I wouldn't expect them to be identical. The path length is different, therefore the resistance is different, and therefore the currents will be different.
@@MichelvanBiezen Then why did you say that the magnetic fields are same so shall it be at the center. And now you are stating that the currents are different making the strength of the magnetic field to be different!
i think your video were perfect if you explain why Itop directly proportional with Rbot.. because this ratio between Itop and Itotal can use parallel circuit concept (wich is the magnitude of Vtop and Vbot is same).. sorry if my english language skill is bad.. btw thanks, Sir..
Google says MAGNETIC FIELD AT THE CENTRE OF CURRENT CARRYING CIRCULAR COIL is B= ( (UI)/ (2R) ) but why you use pi on your equation? And how radial current cancel each other ? link : www.wonderwhizkids.com/popups/3028.html
İ think the first one was true, because I checked my book and it says that B=uI/2R in center of loop, and also you used this formula in one of your previous video.

Glad to hear that

is it possible to solve this using biot and savart law
the 2 radial currents will produce b-fields that cancel each other???
Apparently so.

please correct me if i wrong
That is good insight and a very good approach. 🙂

This was one cool example and thanks.
You're welcome!
Why you skip pi on the formula B= UI/2R...the book says : Ui/2piR
you are correct, I left out the pi. Thanks for letting me know.
