Because if not, we would have not decided to rent this place because we had enough of worst landlords in the Philippines. The location is excellent for me. I don't go out often so I am not a fan of driving. Markets, City Hall, Hospitals are accessible. He appreciates and happy with me. I'm enjoying doing these cleaning and simple DIY so it's a win-win relationship.

You worked so hard and accomplished so much in 6 months. I wish our houses were less money here. Our home is 70 years old and similar in size as yours. Ours cost $2300.00 USD each month. This is less than most in our city because we bought our house many years ago. Houses here for rent are 3000-4000$ each month. Los Angeles is very expensive. Maybe someday we will sell our house and move away from the city. I would like to have more land and not be so close to neighbors. A nice quiet place near family. Your garden is beautiful. I can't wait to see what you plant in spring.

Hi grace 😊...thanks for this video it just answer my curiousity about old houses or what they called akiya in japan...and what kind of house u can get for a 50,000 yen if u rent it...though i know price depends also which prefecture you are...but ur house is so nice .i love japanese traditional house and how u make the ambiance so cozy ads to its beauty....u really had a green thumb...i wish to retire in japan soon as well ..maybe renting first is a good idea before buying an akiya....though till now i keep on convincing my husband to acquire one before we retire but he still not into it knowing the additional expenses that will cost us for renovation and other fees 😊have a great day grace 😊ur videos inspires me ...more power❤ godbless
