Does the navtool unit require its own USB cable. The unit has hdmi and USB ports on the box. I did not see you run a usb/lightning cable.
This would be so useful for my 2015 Acura TLX. The top screen is only used as a clock at the moment, so having Apple Carplay would be nice.

Hey AudioCat I changed my subs from the powerbass to one 15 inch audiopipe with a ported box I have a MB Qarts amp not strong enough to push it but the sub wants to bump. I’m thinking of getting a Rockville 2000 watt amp with 1000 w Rms that should do the trick with 4 gage wires I have 8 gage now what do you think?

In your professional opinion, does this actually work as advertised? And if it does is there a way I can purchase everything needed directly from you instead of going through navtool? I unfortunately live in NJ and there's no possible way to get to your shop.

@@AUDIOCAT it’s a 2015 Acura TLX with Navi. I found the part, I just need to make sure my ceviche doesn’t already have the interface already. If not then I’ll hit you up. Definitely appreciate the quick response. I completed very successfully in IASCA in the 90’s. Just got back into the market a little over a year ago. I need to get a bit smarter on what capabilities car play offers to really see if this is worth the cost.
