I'm so sorry to hear that you're under the weather. Your garden looks amazing, though, and I appreciate your making the effort 💚 I think a winter tour would be wonderful. The garden really is a 4-season event 🌲
So sorry you're not feeling well Danielle. You are in my prayers. The weather show I watch here in NZ mentioned your torrential rain in Pennsylvania. Hope the garden came through ok. The dahlias and zinnias are stunning. Almost time to put my seeds in. Spring is in the air here. :)
Everything is looking beautiful despite the weather! The shots of the Monarch are great! They are so fast and so elusive that it’s nice when you can get photos and videos of them! Keep getting well, thinking of you 💚👩🏼🌾
i love that i was watching the hummingbird for a while and then u finally caught it lol😊 i just love hummingbirds i am going back watching older videos to see what you were doing around this time last year because im all caught up on your most recent videos. and i just love going back to see the previous years growth 😁
Hope you're feeling better today, get plenty of vitamin C in you throughout the day. Thanks for coming out for a tour, it's always lovely. We could use all the rain that's supposed to come our way, it's been the driest summer I can remember. And yes to a winter tour, that I'm sure will be lovely as well.
Thanks! So pretty! I saw the hummingbird for awhile before you said something! I love them! My sister puts out the nectar things for them and she has many that visit! I am sorry to hear you don’t feel well! Feel better ASAP! ❤️💐
Your garden is astonishing! I love that your lot is normal sized. It gives me hope that my 1 acre lot can Someday look as good as yours! Totally beautiful! Hope your feeling better!
I'm like everyone so sorry you aren't feeling well. What a trooper you are to film a tour in your pj's. Hoping you get to feeling better. I'd like a tour in winter, it seems like some don't plant for winter interest focusing only on the flowers.
When you first spoke, I thought you sounded a little “nasal” and said to myself, “Oh, Danielle must have a bit of a summer cold.” They are the worst, IMO! I do hope you feel better soon. ❤️ Your garden looks lovely. I hope you don’t get the full brunt of the storm with the predicted 7” of rain!
I'm sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. Please get rest and take care of you. We can wait until you feel better. Thanks for this beautiful tour, tho.
Sorry you have been under the weather. Thanks for taking time to do a garden tour, I know we all missed you! Everything looks great. Looking forward to the dahlias and would love to have a winter garden tour too, any of your garden tours are always appreciated! Take care!
I hope you feel better, Danielle! Happy belated birthday!!! Your garden is beautiful! I hope you didn't get slammered with rain from Ida like we did here in New Jersey. I'm going to the farm now to do damage control (or hopefully NOT!) Your videos are always a treasure. ❤
I just love how your garden looks! I'm getting so many great ideas for my new garden beds! Ive always done a little landscape gardening at the houses I rented at in the past but it was usually very budgeted. I usually would just throw in a bunch of the same thing because number one- I didnt know about using didnt leaf colors & structures, heights, etc. & number two- not wanting to spend a lot of money since I was renting. Bit since we've bought this house & I've been watching you & Laurent from garden answer more, I've learned so much! I have one flower bed almost completely finished so far, & I have 2 more on the other 2 sides of my house I'll be working on next! I'm going to be incorporating my cut flowers into the landscape like you do also.
Oh, Danielle, happy belated Birthday! Thank you for the August Tour through your beautyful paradise garden, although not feeling well. Hope you are feeling better already. Please, take cuttings from your Salvia before perrenializing her. I live in USDA hardyness zone 8b and my Salvia Amistad barely made it through the winter/spring. After having a cold and wet spring with frost in late May, I unwrapped the Salvia in June, found out half of the roots rotted. Since last Saturday there are 3 (!) blooms open. This plant really took it´s time and looks a bit miserable. Hope you´re doing really well, best wishes, Hanni.
I hope you will feel better soon Danielle💕🙏 Thank you for the lovely walk through your garden. I love the Monarch and the humming bird. I grow lots of milkweed so I have many Monarch visitors🧡 ~God Bless~🤗
Absolutely stunning. Thank you do much for sharing with us. Sorry your not feeling well. Gardens can certainly be like therapy. I'm mot well myself and struggle with lots of gardening. But love when I can do bits and pieces 💕🌹😘
Everything looks gorgeous and lush! We barely got any rain here in california this year. Sorry to hear you’re not feeling well. Rest, rest, rest! Thanks for taking us along.
Thank you for the lovely tour, your garden is looking absolutely beautiful especially Grace’s garden looks so calming and peaceful. Hope you feel better soon. 💕💕💕
Your plants always look so gorgeous!!! Beautiful dahlias ....mine are looking a bit ragged this time of year. I think its too much water. Your Zinnias are lovely as well. Hope you get to feeling better ....flowers always help with any kind of ill feelings !!!
Hi Danielle, i knew you had a cold or something as soon as you started your video. I hope you feel better soon. I really enjoy your garden tours and learn something new with every one.
I learned the Obedient plant got its name because it follows you where ever you go in the garden. Being that it can be an aggressive spreader. Thanks for sharing your gardens with us all.
Beautiful tour. I really like that Sun King Aralia. That chartreuse green is a favorite of mine, especially in a shady area. I am aiming for more winter interest in my garden though we sometimes have so much snow that you couldn't see anything at all for weeks on end. But it would make for a better-looking garden between the snow and Spring. Take care!
Your garden looks just absolutely gorgeous this time of year. You mentioned about drying some dahlias. I didn’t know you could do that. Do they hold their colors well? Perhaps you could talk us through that when you are feeling better. Thoughts and prayers are with you for healing and wellness.
Thanks for the tour! Hope u get well soon!! My mom had a sinus infection few days ago and she still sounds bad but getting better.. she was tested for covid twice and she was negative thank God! Take care prayers and well wishes! 💚
Sorry you're sick. My husband and I are also sick and his diabetes and allergies and my allergies on top of it. Thank you for this video. We know your ❤️ was in it. It was perfectly fine. Please get some rest and we will do the same
Just thought I would add this as food for thought. What I love most about my shade garden is the juxtaposition of the deep burgundys and corals of Coral Bells juxtaposed with the many hostas. They don't get as big and fill in the gaps with "coloured shade", still allowing the hostas to shine. Image search coral bells with hostas and you will see many examples of what I mean. This addition would make your shade garden sing.
Happy birthday Danielle 🎂 The fountain is so lovely and as always, the garden is beautiful. Hope you feel better soon. You've inspired me to sow some cool flowers this fall. On your recommendation, I ordered and devoured Lisa Ziegler's "Cool Flowers". Thanks for the inspiration.
Beautiful garden tour. Hope you are feeling better and hope Ida didn't do too much damage. I understand PA got hit pretty hard before it hit us in NJ. BTW, just added Mahogany Splendor Hibiscus to my seed list!
Thank you for showing up in spite of not feeling well. It's inspiring since this is a day I must do the same, as I imagine is true of some others. We're creating a sunset path garden. Great Silence dahlia must have a leading role! Hoping to find Benary Coral zinnia. When you can, what is the evergreen at the corner between the winter berry and hydrangea garden? (5:25-27) I'm in Zone 6b Washington state. The rue is stellar. GREAT taste in fountains! And a very Happy Birthday.
Sorry you sick and yet you did a great video for us. I seen the Hummer. Your gardens are beautiful Danielle. Do you care for them by yourself ?? Loving the Dahlia's. Yours look outstanding.
Thumbs up for being out in your pajamas. Love the honesty. Real life gardening!
