This expansion has the best drumsounds I've ever heard. And the Toontrack guys own mix is the jewel in this pack.

Can´t remember when i purchased something as fast as this EZX. It´s amazing!
I was expecting to like the Dark matter pack more, considering I really like Tue's mixes, but I just love the warmth and organic tones of this one !

I have probably 75 percent of the expansion packs... for metal this one and made of metal are by far my favorites

Did you buy it? Are these sounds in the video mixed or do they sound like that right out of the box?
@@SamiK1989 I got it. They’re pre processed, so they sound as is. I’ve since upgraded to superior drummer 3 so I can process drums my own way, with more flexibility. If you want easy to use drums that don’t need tweaking, I’d say it’s worth it. Hope this helps!
I have this and its awesome. I use alot of blast beats for my death grind music.

Will these tones also work on a korn type of sound or not really? I cant make up my mind on which expansions to buy haha
Buy a few. You get different patterns with each one which means you will have better matches in the "tap to find" option.
Anybody know the actual difference between drum midi and ezx kits? Is it just one has new kits and one doesn’t ?
Drum MIDI packs contain ONLY MIDI files. EZX's contain a full multi sampled sound library of many drums and some MIDI.

Does the "DEATH & DARKNESS SDX
" for SD3 contain the drums/shells as this "Death Metal EZX"? I know it contains more than that, but are the specific ones from this EZX included? Thanks!
Hi, Yes, the Gretsch and Yamaha kits in the Death Metal EZX are also included in the Death & Darkness SDX. The EZX does have some unique presets for those kits though.
Does this EZX still work with SD2 or do I need to get EZ drummer2/SD3?

I want to record my own music. I dont know one thing about doing this. How can I learn how to use this software?? This is why keeping me from making my own music.

Its really simpler than you think, I think the hardest part is installing it, there are a lot of videos that will help you

Hi, It is derived from the same recording but does include unique presets and MIDI.
