Baking powder - 30g
You can add other options like 2 eggs and milk and even butter, I use to add all this before and it will actually taste more yummier like fried cake but I stopped because I wasn't getting my profit and now things are more expensive and you can't make the size very little, you won't make sales for the price, eateries and restaurant that can sell 2 for #150-#200 can add other options or if you can. This is for the commercial section of the market or hawking or supplying schools at #50.
Note: you have to write down your cost, know the amount you want to make and your profit

flour - 1.8kg
sugar - 300g
salt - 1tbsp
baking powder - 30g
nutmeg - 1 1/2 sachet or 6g

This recipe is great! I divided into 3. I've tried it thrice now and always get 30-33 buns from 600g flour. I add 15g butter, 1 egg and 60g powdered milk. It's awesome everytime. Thanks so much. Keep up the good work sis💃🙏

I switch on my cooker and allow the oil to be hot enough to fry only after mixing my batter and that can take about 5-8mins then I fry but some pastry chef can say you should leave it for 10-15mins or even 20 mins💕💕💕

Hi, thanks for your comment. It depends on how you portion your buns, things are now very expensive and you can't portion it the way I did in the video. You only can decide on how much you want to sell and how much your gain will be.

You should get 80 for a bigger portion or 95-100 for a smaller portion and I used one of my measuring cups to scoop because I didn't practice using my hands 💕💕💕

It works both ways, you can either make into a batter or dough, cause the dough will even be a sticky one

Thank you so much 🤗🤗 things are now very expensive that I don't do the #50 small sizes again, it's now #100 per one but I use to supply them 12 pieces as a dozen 10 pieces for me, 2 pieces for them and they will sell it themselves. So if a dozen is #600, I will collect #500 from them, the #100 is theirs but I don't do that again. You can do your costing to know how much you will supply💕💕💕

🥺🥺 I didn't measure the water but I showed you how the texture should be after you add water. Don't add a lot at once but add water gradually till you get a not too thick texture
