- these are the 2 recipes I used in the video
recipe 1. recipe 2
flour - 300g. flour - 300g
sugar - 50g. sugar - 50g
nutmeg - 2g. cinnamon - 2g
salt - 1/2 tsp. salt - 1/2 tsp
butter - 10g
Egg - 1
my favorite is the recipe 1's taste, you can always add milk. let me know which one is tastier - Розваги
For 600g of flour - 40 buns
flour - 600g
sugar - 100g
baking powder - 12g
milk - 22g
egg - (optional)
butter - 20g (optional)
salt - 1tsp
water - 3cups
Vegetable oil for frying
Why did you add baking powder

Sorry for the late reply, I really do not know but this method without milk can stay for 2 days
I tried the one with egg and it came out well but it wasn't that shaped how do I make it come out round
Add enough oil and roll it well
What would make you buns not to float in oil until after a longer time? Could it be as a result of less baking powder?
It is possible for it to be less baking powder or your oil is not hot enough

It's 2 cups 1/2. So two cups and half.

What could be the cause for buns to soak too much oil ma?
I make buns often. The first time I made buns, the heat was too low and made buns soak oil. Also, high heat won't cook the buns inside and will just burn. Too much heat and sugar will make buns burn
