Ajara is AMAZING. She is a talented cook and also a hard working woman, but one who clearly enjoys all the things that she does and also does everything with love. Thank you Tatiana for introducing us to Ajara. Keep the videos of her coming, it is such a pleasure to watch her. Coming from a non Nigerian with love and best wishes to your success.
Wow, African women work so hard to make an honest living. I’m from Liberia living in the USA and have worked so hard. I’m just retired and really enjoyed watching your videos.
Refreshing, innocence, honest way of earning an income. I can watch this forever. This is really unbuntu. She doesn't mind sharing all her trade secrets, she believes no one can do it better there herself. Thanks for sharing as always 👏👏👏
In Jamaica 🇯🇲 we call this puff puff dumpling and because you added sugar we aslo have some things called festival which we add sugar in also and it's rolled differently. The zobolo drink we call that one Sorrell. She is such an amazing chef..one love ❤️
We also eat the festival with escovitch fish, which is fried fish with onions, carrots, scotch bonnet pepper in vinegar, water, salt and a little sugar. We eat the dumplings with Ackee and salt fish or fried salt fish or any dish...love you guys 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇬🇭🇬🇭
@@TatianaHainapls good afternoon. Kindly answer the question I sent in last two weeks. The question is, when is the best time to go pull the flour at the machine place assuming you wanted to fry this in the morning? Thanks as I waited for your reply
Ajara, you are such an inspiration! In today's world where young women don't want to do hard work for a living , you make everything fun and easy. Wish I were close by! You are the woman the bible talks about in Proverbs 31. Tatiana featured you in one of her videos making porridge, sobolo, and drop donuts for sale. I had to subscribe! You never disappoint me. You are so neat. I just love to watch you make magic with food. May God bless you. Tatiana, thanks for showcasing Ajara.
Its a kind of donut but after holidaying and eating the ones in Ghana I no longer eat the ones sold in the uk because its full of chemicals but the Ghanaian is just natural and better
This is the best video I’ve seen of this yellow puffs since I’ve been searching . Unfortunately, the measurement needed for making a smaller quantity would have come up n handy.
Tati thank you for this channel. I just found it and I have watched so many videos. I love you and Sister Anjara. I hope I can visit Ghana one day and meet you both. God bless you all 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Taty! Great content as always. You are a pro at this! Ajara is hardworking, enterprising, and smart. And it is a joy and inspiration to watch her go through her bofrot making processes. Everything is so logical and analytical in her mind. And to top it all off, her brofo is great! Her speaking English made me smile. Ala gets to be on camera every now and then, while someone else films. That is always nice to see, as it is a demonstration of the great collaboration you guys have in creating content. The camera angles are key and Ala is always on point. Make it easier for us to donate, so include a number for MTN and Tigo too 🙂👍
My dear God richly bless you for bringing this authentic ways of cooking to us.. we missed it and needed it … but I think we need the proper measurements ooh…. It’s difficult to calculate the Ghana measurements. ❤️❤️👐
