@thefurnituredoctor One of my mentors (neurologist) got into woodworking while he was in the navy, during WW2.
      They gave him several nicknames:
      "Doc Head and pine"
      "Doc Nog n' oak"
      "Top walnut doctor"
      "Big Bean or birch doctor"
I graduated from med school, and started woodworking on my days off.
But, you definitely have a good channel name. You need to do a closing or outro with a snapshot of "PhD in Furniture Revitalization"

How do you decide which finish to use? I've seen you use tung oil, hemp oil, wipe on poly, etc. You do beautiful restorations !! I love watching your videos.

Hi Lilly, i've got a teak coffee table that belonged to my grandparents. Its scuffed and bumped with some opening of joints etc. Could you recommend a good filler and method (maybe even one of your previous vids) to help me return it to its former glory?

Sure! Can you send a pic on instagram? Photos will help me give you the best advice!
