a good tip for mixing bondo with hardener is to make a circle of the bondo and runa line of hardener across the diameter of the cirlce usually works for me
Gods work right here perfect for a Sunday morning! IF this is too much for some a rub brick is a MUST (with left over COVID masks) you can wear the edges of divots / cracks / gaps and they become workable. Ideally 10 - 15 skaters with rub bricks later and any spot becomes workable - I have a dream .. for every skater to carry a rubbrick and use them wisely! Won't be perfectly smooth but ANYONE can do it and then in a year EVERYWHERE we skate no one would get catestrophically hung up, cruiser cats will be loving life (and spreading the love / universal acceptance), and even e-scooters and such will be using less energy by not needing such massive power to motor over and through rough patches. Took me just over 2 years to smooth micro transitions from my place to shops / work / local spots and everyone on wheels has noticed and it makes my trips chillaxed even in boots with a hiking pack full of 2 litre milks and assorted shopping (though there has been an increase in wheeled traffic specifically on my now rub bricked routes). I figured if I HAD to wear a mask I might as well make it worthwhile

also try to make the bondo about a quarter of an inch i use my riser as a ruler
