The best way to do this push pull legs split is to train chest, shoulders and triceps on push day, back, biceps and traps on pull day and legs & abs on leg day. This means you train each muscle group twice a week
Sir mera ek question hai k agar ham workout kar rahe hai aur diet theek nahi karte isi tara ek sal workout karte rehte hai aur us k bad apni diet theek karte hai to kya body ban jayegi ye one year without achi diet k workout karne se hamari body khrab ho jayegi.
If not all these then follow an upper lower split , although it takes a lot of time in the gym and takes a lot of energy, but doable if you are an office goer and do not have all the days to spare for training . I follow a LPP split . I do legs first . LPP(rest)PP -> when i feel like body needs rest . Push pull rest push pull (and legs included in the workout of push and pull) When I'm on a hectic schedule and can't spare more than 4 days for training. Including legs in the workout will push it to maybe more than an hour so take that into consideration.
I feel like doing pull-push-leg is kinda bttr, cause when I do legs after pull I can still feel some soreness in my back as lower back gets stimulated frequently in leg exercises, specially barbell squats
For very beginners I'd advice the bro split , because the muscle soreness is very intense in the beginning, and it requires a good chunk of time to recover from the pain. After some time , like 2 months of consistent workout , when the soreness from workout is very less or non-existent, PPL is a better choice in that regard.
Full body. More volume, more frequency less stress. desi akhada do full body, old school ( golden b&w era) did full body. This works atleast for me. Also he is so right about sustainability.
