    If a full range of motion repetitions are done, partial range of motion works as a drop set.

    brother , one rule of thumb is this that these studies are randomised control trials which is sort of a averaging data where they find out which of the following data sets is applicable for maximum number of people. so, actual training volume could be different from person to person. just saying:)

    I think if your arms are lagging, then adding an arm day to PPL does wonders. You are still hitting the muscle groups twice every week. I did PPL for a year. Switching to PPAL helped me finally grow my arms!

      @@toxicgokujod8835 you are training each mucle every 5th day. Your triceps/biceps are getting worked almost 4 times every 7 days. Which is very good for our subcontinental genetics.

    All types of partial and full range motions eventually lead to hypertrophy but the difference is how much hypertrophy they give to your muscles the best option is full range reps along with long length partials in the last

    Bro listen when u go stronger u need to cut out your volume reason is this
    -yes u need to train twice a week to generate maximum stimulus for your muscle to grow but when u train with intensity from starting u will see result , when u get stronger now u can lift heavier weights cause u get bigger but your nervous system is still same so to train with high intensity with heavier wieghts u need to cut out volume cause nevous system fatigue is quick when u train with heavy weights with slow eccentric and maximum intensity..... As per saket ghosle his workouts are high intensity with heavier weight so his volumes are low

    That's Mike Mentzer's style of training low volume but high intensity. Saket is probably onto something.

    You don’t need lot of volume if all sets are taken to failure. 10-16 sets per day is enough depending on individual workload. And reps also don’t have to be high on most movements. 4-8 reps is enough. High reps cause more fatigue.

      @@YashSharmaFitness I’m talking based on science of muscle building, if you don’t go near or to failure and achieve mechanical tension, you won’t be getting any stimulus to the muscle. This applies to everyone regardless of experience of a person.
      I don’t know if Saketh is aware of this but his training works because of his intensity and low volume approach to minimise fatigue and have good recovery. And people should do the same if their main goal is to build muscle long term.

    Bro, honestly I disagree with the spit part of the video... I was following a PPL split and did see any significant change in my Arms... but, since I started following Saket's workout and added an arm day, my arms have responded very well... IMO they should be trained separately and fresh for better results.

      It is great that it worked out for you. Even in that case you can have an upper lower upper lower and arms day. Problem solved. My suggestion is to train each muscle 2x in 7 days.

    to Don't know why you follow Saket, follow someone who has responsibilities, someone who has doing 9 to 5 job or any other shift, someone who has doing your kind of work not just exercising reading Japanese novel and sleep and again go to workout, anybody can transform this way man...don't fool yourself .

    5 सेट भी बोहोत ह muscle growth के लिए weekly .. बाकी रही बात frequancy की तो weekly 2 ही बार ट्रेनेड करना चाहिए एक मसल को उससे ज्यादा करने पर कोई बेनिफिट नही है और ये भी study म prooven ह
