I think if your arms are lagging, then adding an arm day to PPL does wonders. You are still hitting the muscle groups twice every week. I did PPL for a year. Switching to PPAL helped me finally grow my arms!

Bro listen when u go stronger u need to cut out your volume reason is this
-yes u need to train twice a week to generate maximum stimulus for your muscle to grow but when u train with intensity from starting u will see result , when u get stronger now u can lift heavier weights cause u get bigger but your nervous system is still same so to train with high intensity with heavier wieghts u need to cut out volume cause nevous system fatigue is quick when u train with heavy weights with slow eccentric and maximum intensity..... As per saket ghosle his workouts are high intensity with heavier weight so his volumes are low

brother , one rule of thumb is this that these studies are randomised control trials which is sort of a averaging data where they find out which of the following data sets is applicable for maximum number of people. so, actual training volume could be different from person to person. just saying:)

You don’t need lot of volume if all sets are taken to failure. 10-16 sets per day is enough depending on individual workload. And reps also don’t have to be high on most movements. 4-8 reps is enough. High reps cause more fatigue.
And this video is for general people. Not everyone can train like Saket. This is why for intensity I said he gets - 10/10
@@YashSharmaFitness I’m talking based on science of muscle building, if you don’t go near or to failure and achieve mechanical tension, you won’t be getting any stimulus to the muscle. This applies to everyone regardless of experience of a person.
I don’t know if Saketh is aware of this but his training works because of his intensity and low volume approach to minimise fatigue and have good recovery. And people should do the same if their main goal is to build muscle long term.
