    2 tablets: calcium citrate malate (eq 200mg calcium element) - daily lo
    is se calcium deficiency door hogi. calcium carbonate mt lena uska absorption rate km hota h
    1 vitamin D3 60,000 IU- with milk - weakly lo
    ye calcium ki absorption ke liye required h.
    10 ml castor oil ko 150 ml warm water me daal kr pee jao. - daily ek bar.
    ye aapke joints ko lubricate kr dega. grease problem ko km krega.
    others:
    1. castor oil se knee ki daily maalish kro
    2. 90 deg se jada bend mt kro jab tak knees me pain hai.
    3. anti inflammatory ke liye omega 3 zrur lo recovery achi hogi
    4. workout se pehle dynamic stretch kro. warm up kro
    5. bahut jada heavy weight mt utho. specially leg press me aksar log bahut heavy weight lgaye h. magar aapko ye galti nhi krni until knees theek nhi ho jate

    Hi Nitish here ! I like your presentation and clear communication in videos. While doing Surya namaskar, I am experiencing sudden pain while getting up in 9th and 10th step of asana. Pain is from below knee cap to inner knee. Please suggest how to strengthen the muscle in the area.

    My whole life just ruined due to a tiny mistake during running, my right knee ligament damaged while running in 2016 and paining severely since then even after taking Ultra sonic therapy and medication.
    I recommend everyone not to run on roads as the reverse thrust can cause severe damage to knee

    Bro I can do 30 pistol situps with 10kg extra weight
    My original weight is 95kg
    Before I was not facing any issue but when I started sprinting 1 month ago first two week was okay
    I am able to do 10km sprint in first set I sprint for 2km and in rest all I sprint for 1km recently in first set I was able to sprint for 2.5km and with full force
    But now I am facing issue like shin pain and knee popping in right leg
    Even it doesn't effect my performance but still it pains allot

    Bhai mere lower back (L2) me pain tha , after six months ke exercise streching ke baad doctor se dikhaya , usne 45 days ke liye ( vitamin d and calcium) ki goli di aur bola aana na padega ab , aur wo thik bhi hogaya ,,,, so anyone having same problem, try it once ✌️
