- Welcome to this Strong and Defined Legs & Glutes workout, a 45-minute lower body training session designed to sculpt and strengthen your lower body like never before. Get ready to challenge your legs and glutes as we focus on building power, definition, and overall lower body strength. With dumbbells, booty bands and an optional stability ball we will be working your entire lower body!

I dread leg day because I find it the hardest of all Chris’s workouts. But, after listening to Chris’s lectures on the importance of weight training, I’m a good little student, put on my big girl panties (the ones with the fluffy frills on the bum) and get it done. This one was pure torture as always, but no repeats and Chris’s commentary and creativity made it as close to fun as any leg day could possibly be for me. No fluffy review here… just straight up truth! Oh, and the feeling of accomplishment following leg day makes it worth it every time!

Well I have to say how I do miss the live class, my (and hubbys) business though is also my love. The nursery (plant) industry is so rewarding just like the feeling I get with these workouts. Life is a balance, and I know this is just temporary until I come back with live after our season is done. So in this season of my busy schedule I will continue to return to your new and older classes. Thanks for your inspiration, ability to deliver a challenge, and candid honesty and humor. All I have to say is...OMG! What a workout!
Not a fluffy workout! I loved the variety. 🙂That one move with your feet on the ball and hands on the floor in an inverted "V" was a little...crazy! I loved the comment during the workout that "my ball wouldn't let me do that." Too funny! This was tough but it flew by. Thanks Chris.

That was HARD, which means I loved it. Ball moves were my favorite; bands challenging to the point of near impossible; lunges and squats -- if you had repeated those I would have had to drop the dumbbells! Keep em challenging like this!!

I really loved this workout although my legs were already sore before I started 😅 The different equipment is each segment was neat. I really enjoyed the weights, the stability ball, then the booty bands. They all work the muscles differently. Thank you so much Chris! I just love your channel and I like that you talk. Not gonna lie...this workout was hard! For now. It definitely wasn't some fluffy little lower body workout, and I'm proud that I finished it. For anyone thinking that this workout was too difficult, Chris has a ton more lower body options on her channel and she always encourages modifications. Just do the best you can and you'll get stronger!

Well, that was fun and fluffy! I think this should be a benchmark workout. I would like to repeat it in a couple months to see if i improve. I could not hold all the counts. Seriously glad no one could see me during the ball portion of the work out because that was a comical sight!

Fluffy bottoms no more! Laughing got me through pulsing and holds. I had to drop my weights during those lunges but lower body was on fire entire class!! Crazy to say but I was so thankful for band segment at end haha

Just want to say after doing calves, Louie was great motivation to get through the last 30 seconds. Locking my eyes on him got me through that grueling last 30 seconds as my calves were burning. 19:46

I’m late to the party on this one, but phew! My legs were shaking, and I found myself begging for some of those timers to end! And I chose to do this one this morning before hiking with my girls and carrying my almost 2 year-old on my back for looooots of stairs 😅 I’ll be stretching well tonight!

Great workout…my legs are killing me!!! Thank you!!!! As a side note, my first car was a fluffy 1986 maroon Grand Marquis handed down to my by my aunt! There was nothing like the velvet matron material, the side light in between the doors or the bench style seats that could fit 20 people!

My glutes feel rather defined if not strong but, after three days of strenuous workouts I should be strong . Anyways, no ball - used the bench to do leg extensions and that was a good workout. Loved it.. None was the same these past days

The evil genius has done it again! My lower body parts were not just “saying hello”…they were screaming at me. And my cat, Fluffy, was nipping at me the whole time so it was quite the fun leg day 😂😸😂
