Totally agree with what you were saying about other UA-cam instructors! When my husband and I try other instructors (even ones we've liked in the past), we find ourselves comparing them to how good you are. We'll even say, "Don't do it like that! Chris would tell us to do it like this..." Basically, once you've had the best, you don't want the rest😂‼️
After party comment: does the courtesy wave (while letting someone over, etc.) being dead bother anyone else? Or is it just dead in Illinois? Lol Love this one!!!Time flew by Vent anytime! That lady must not have known she was in the presence of a UA-cam ⭐️
Wow! You really motivated me on this one! You called your weight sizes out and even though I didn’t match you, it made me pick one a bit higher than I would have. That push was awesome! Love the floor and standing, time flew by. Thank you for a great warmup that wasn’t rushed. I will now always think about “shinning a light” when doing RDLs😂😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤
Have to say that Chris’s funny stories kept my mind away from the pain in my muscles working thru this class. 😮 But boy do I feel toned. My lower body is getting so firm.

Thanks Chris for another awesome lower body workout. I saw a friend today that I haven’t seen in a while and she commented that I look great, asked if I lost weight. I haven’t, I’m just getting more toned doing your workouts these past couple of years! And I’m going to take you up on the venting. First, for people who don’t use their turn signals when driving, and it’s typically people in expensive cars, I would love the chance to say directly to them, “Too bad you spent all that money on such nice car and they didn’t put in turn signals!” Then, years ago, when my son was about four years old, we were shopping at Costco. He was standing on the side of the cart and a woman hits my son with her full cart and kept going! It no doubt hurt my kid but, he looked at me so shocked someone would do that. I of course said something to her, but she ignored me. One of the people working at one of the sample stations, looked at the woman and said, “oh yeah her. She’s always rude.” I was angry at the woman then, but now I just feel sad for her.
WOOOOOOOOO I love it!!! It is amazing what that training does for us!! GO KATHY! OMG That is crazy about your son. I like to think there are more good people that bad in the world, but sometimes just a trip to the store makes me wonder LOL!!!

I actually really enjoyed this leg workout. On my hands & knees by butt was on fire had to have a couple of breaks 😬 but still enjoyed it 😁 thank you so much for always coming up with such a variety of workouts ❤

Loved this lower body! Especially the band segment, but really all of it was really good. I was cracking up when you were talking about the lady on the phone at the store. When I was in Target yesterday, EVERY other woman in there was on her phone. I even paused for a second and was like "is there something wrong with me that I don't have anything pressing enough going on that I need to be on my phone when I am doing errands?" 😅 But no, I guess I'm just a weirdo who enjoys peaceful quiet when I am trying to think about what I am doing. 🤷🏼♀️ Anyway, hope you have a great day! Yes, that section on the knees was hard! Partly because I think my thighs weigh more than they used to thanks to all of the leg workouts I am doing with you - yes, definitely stronger with it - but they kill my knees even on my soft mat with it doubled over. Sorry, I'm whining. On the other hand my huge thighs love squats and deadlifts so doing double of those parts was awesome. I leave my phone behind when I'm grocery shopping or meeting friends, we don't really need to be accessible 100% of the time so we? Great leg workout as always, thanks Chris

Great leg/lower body workout! That happened to me to! Recently a woman ran into me with her shopping cart and looked at me. No apology or anything and she wasn’t on her phone. I’m like really? I like your workouts because you know what you’re doing and I like the conversations. I follow other trainers who are live but they don’t talk to the people. I’m not used to that anymore 😂. First time doing legs and butt. Always thought all my step workouts would do it. You're right, though, doing leg workouts are necessary. My legs were dying. Need to get more strength and flexibility in my right leg especially.
My only problem was doing the dead lift while balancing with leg back. My right knee on inside would hurt, make noise, feel weird. Some arthritis in that knee. Modify!

Power elliptical first then Booty Workout! Gotta figure out why there can be soreness on the muscles/ligaments over the hip bone. Maybe I'm getting hit by shopping carts too much and don't know it! Still don't like those long legged lever moves. Always weak on those moves.

Weights, booty bands or body weight - this workout has it all! your hamstrings and glutes will be screaming at you like you're blocking the aisle like a clueless shopper. 🤣I believe people who have no self-awareness in stores are same ones with no awareness driving on the roads.🤦♀ They need to be doing CDorner workouts and they'll be aware of their bodies! 🔥💪🍑and be nice to others!! Let your lights shine😉
I don't even like voicing commands to my phone outloud. I'm embarrassed for other people to hear me articulating options to automated menus. How stupid dow it sound to be standing somewhere saying, "One," "three," "yes," "accounts." So there's no WAY I'm having an outloud phone conversation in the grocery store! Re. the workout, you've been doing so much experimental stuff lately, which is fun and creative, it was nice to have a back to basics workout with simple intense moves. The hands and knees round - OMG. I had to take many unscheduled breaks.
