    I've been eating gluten-free for several years because of these sensitivities. But it's not that simple. Severe IBS doesn't always just disappear because you stop eating gluten. There are many other factors that a lot of us have to deal with for years, if not, life.

    Smart idea would be put a sensitivity test with your yearly physical without a price increase

    Gluten as sold is wheat protein, without the carbs. I follow a ketogenic diet, but use gluten in cooking, lots of it.... Like 40% in my bread baking... Certainly no allergy to it in my family....wheat flour yes, off colour and bloated is the feeling it produces.

      No, because there is no such thing as gluten sensitivity

    Sugar Is The Core Culprit for food sensitivities . People’s have been eating Gluten for thousands of years and now this hype and twaddle ! I Love My Gluten ! I will think for Myself and make My own Decision Based on Thousands of Years of Proof ! Perhaps ppl need to put down the gluten free twinkies and pick up some broccoli or some other kind of green foods as a dietary foundation .
