I honestly never thought of trying to quit until i seen a few of your videos,i am trying for a second time now,,thanks you for sharing your ideas with me.
I’ve been smoking for about 40 years and decided to quit. I stopped buying cigarettes, putting them in my mouth and lighting them. No smoking for 3 months and I’m not going back. BTW, it’s more of a mental addiction than physical, just keep telling yourself you are a non smoker and the urge will pass.
It's both....over 7 thousand chemicals in ea 🚬 cigarettes...The nicotine sensors in the brain 🧠 will eventually go back to normal...but it takes months
You can't begin or end anything until you decide to do it.. I've wanted to quit smoking for yrs..tried many times. Then one night, I just quit.. I realized that I don't need them anymore..
I had a hypnosis session where the session planted the instant thought, "I don't smoke" whenever I thought of smoking. Success for 3 years. I am going through Allen Carr's book now after relapsing. Going through your videos, too. I love this session!
The unconscious mind can't take negative orders. As I share in the CBQ webinar, if I tell you "Don't think about a pink elephant" what you will think is a pink elephant. The same way, when you tell yourself "I don't smoke" the mind receives more images about smoking. This was a very bad hypnotic suggestion that was given to you. (I know because I am a certified hypnotherapy practitioner and hypnosis does not work for quitting smoking.)
Still smoke free after a year and half. Vaped gradually lowered dose and watched these vids. Then stopped vaping. Had to have a battle of Will with myself, I Just had to get through it. I’m a non smoker thanks for your help.
Same here I was a heavy vapor , 2 pods per day 2.4 nicotine. Now I vape 2 pods every 6 days, I felt I had to lower the nicotine level before quitting, which started today, 3 hours no vape
This is wonderful, I love it. Thank you! You would be great at doing guided mediations! Thanks for the book recommendation too, definitely something I'll look for. This darn negative internal image of myself is always resurfacing even after I think I've made some postive progress with my confidence and self worth. New beliefs do take time to integrate and I forget to believe the new ideas! Looking over the years, I've been blessed to learn many good things that counter this negative self worth and I'm grateful for lessons everywhere. I'm coming along! 😁
Way to go Carla and thank you!! You're right, it does take practice to rewire the brain and years of conditioning but it's the best investment in oneself! Congratulations on working on this!
I am well aware of visualization and athletic performance. For an actual win, the other half of the equation is physical performance, the body's ability to accomplish. Concerning addictions, the body will fight like hell to avoid change. It is like a well trained and visualizing athlete beginning the race with confidence but his/her body retaliates rewards all the training and positive thoughts with massive muscle cramps short of the goal. Physiological cures must be found for addictions! Addiction is the body's ability to torture the soul for a lifetime.
"Concerning addictions, the body will fight like hell to avoid change." No, the body is designed to live addiction free. The mind is hardwired to fight change, not the body. When it comes to addiction, the body does not need to do any performances; it just has to be allowed to heal.
@@CBQMethod We make many changes in our lives. Sometimes we plan to make these changes, even difficult ones. All along those paths we have control of our emotions and decision making. Our bodies rarely overpower our abilities to make choices, to accept or reject whatever steps we make. Only addictions cause bodies to seek destruction, to fight to maintain destructive states. Not only that, but so-called "recovery" is about a lifetime of vigilance for many. (I am a journalist and researcher and my estate is willed to medical research to study the physiology of, and to seek cures for, addiction.)

CBQ is not for people financially struggling or very low income. Sounds good until you choke on the price. I will agree maybe worth it in the long run but i have to live in the today and dream of the tomorrow.
I gave up smoking by stopping inhaling! I was cigarette free within a few Weeks & have never wanted to smoke since! That was 40+ years ago. So Stop talking rubbish!
Thanks for watching! Did you like this "different" tip from the CBQ Method? Let me know in the comments 👇

When your reason to quit is greater than the reason to smoke, you will quit.
