I used her method and stopped smoking first attempt. Well first attempt using her method. 3rd time in total. Been smoke free since Jan. 2nd, 2022. Have not cheated once, and never crave it! I highly suggest trying.

It's been over a year for you. Congratulations!! I'm still struggling
even though I quit once for 6 years. What I remember most was the tormenting cravings that seemed to go on throughout the entire 6 yrs! I'm trying to change my mindset.
      Any advice?

    Mountains of Gratitude to you
    🙏
You have touched so many lives and your kindness and Genuineness is palpable!
I sometimes feel I can see your heart and definitely feel your positive energy and caring in what you do to help us free ourselves from the prison nicotine is!
I quit for 2 and a half years and recently made the mistake of thinking I could be a secret smoker!
In some ways it was good because it really showed me the true reality of smoking and how it plays with your mind and just CANNOT satisfy you and robs you of freedom and peace of mind!
Luckily I managed to stop again and now embrace your nope technique for life!
I thought it would be a good topic for your next video
I nearly lost my mind trying to find ways to smoke in secret then trying to get rid of the smell etc
Having an extra marital affair would have been easier 🤣

I wanted to add something that I found perplexing!
After plotting and planning and finally having the cigarette it seemed so unsatisfying and having another one in quick succession even less satisfying…
In fact I felt like maybe the buzz before was just from the fact that I had managed to execute my plan or just the anticipation of the stolen fruit so to say but I was really struggling to get any pleasure while actually smoking the cigarette.

Biggest mistake I ever made, was to quit smoking. I got fat. I gained 140 pounds. I struggled with diets and exercise but I could not stop the weight from coming on. I went from a slim 135 all the way up to a big fat pot belly 275. That's right, I almost made it to 300 pounds. My waist went from a 32 to a 50. I got kicked out of the navy for being obese and I lost my retirement. I developed severe sleep apnea and became a borderline diabetic. I had to donate 5 trash bags stuffed full of my favorite clothes to charity. I had to give up running, water skiing, scuba diving and riding my bike because I got too fat. Had I known I was going to get fat like this, you best believe, I would have never quit smoking. To top it off, it was very tough to do

I stayed smoke free for 27 days and did not notice a single benefit to my health, mental or physical. I am on anti-depressants and mood stabilizers and had to go back to smoking, which makes me feel better.

I'm sorry to hear that Shiraz. If you quit smoking and didn't notice any mental health benefits, it's because one ore more of three reasons I explain towards the end of this video: ua-cam.com/video/_QEuv-Ed2Zw/v-deo.html

@@CBQMethod I have self-harming tendencies. I sometimes feel the urge to inflict suffering on myself, very much like the character Marmeladov in Dostoevsky's Crime and Punishment. Is that the reason for my relapses? Wish someone told me.
