    I LOVE LOVE seeing the canister emptying, what comes out of the CRB, the filters, and the dirty water. Seeing the before and after is amazing, but I really watch for when all the grime is revealed 😂

    Youre probably the first carpet cleaning business that i have seen actually do the job properly. So many dont do half the effort you out into it. Its perfection and I would be sad if you ever changed your work ethic.

    We have step for the step the same process. Same crb and everything. Subscribed about a month ago. I enjoy the videos! The one thing we do different is use purified di water instead of adding a rinse. Vac, prespray, agitate, steam extract, 1-2hr dry, much success.

    Just a tip of advice, from one experienced carpet cleaner to another.- about Those dark spots that aren’t quite budging even with multiple passes of your wand extraction….get some clear ammonia in spray bottle and spray them as you go …give them a few minutes of dwell time and then have a brush handy( I usually keep in on a holster ) agitate and watch them come out clean with your next steam extraction pass . 👍🏻
    Nice vid and cleanup though. Good job.
    That was a lot of stains.

    Just in case ya really wanna know the reasons for the higher electrical receptacles. There are building codes for handicapped persons (ADA) that say they should be higher than usual. Another possible reason, is if the house is in a flood prone area, this is commonly done.

    According to another one of your videos, that you have your own way of doing things. And I learned that many carpet cleaning companies are mostly independently owned and operated. The reason why I subscribed is that some of your videos I see are in a way "how to" operations which teaches others what to do when it comes to opening a carpet cleaning operation. Now if I was just in the hiring process of a carpet cleaning operation, I would look only for the talent and that's all. I think I sent you an email but not sure but I didn't get a reply. It was about options on what to do if I wanted to work for a carpet cleaning company, even at my age of 62. I have seen some companies will send two vans with one guy who can clean areas such as the open areas of the second floor of a house or commercial building while the other guy would clean areas like the lobby or main floor.

    Why is the perimeter of the room and everywhere all lined with dirt? That’s how my house is. I’ve never seen it like this. Is that literally just from someone NOT using the tools ever to get along the wall? Even though they vacuum

    • @blackdiamondcleaningservices
      @blackdiamondcleaningservices  16 днів тому +1

      That is correct. The vacuum lance needs to be pulled off and run it across all edges. If it builds up, it becomes really bad and even very difficult to remove. Carpet is a huge filter and, when not properly cleaned and vacuumed. It'll cause filtration damage.

    For a throughout vacuum, you really need to slow down. Vacuums are designed to pick up dirt slowly....so unless you plan on going over the same spot on repeat, then you are not picking up as much as you think you are. Idk I am autistic and have a deep love of vacuums. Your best bet is to run a wet hand over where you just vacuumed, pressing hard and see if any dirt collects on your hand. If you have any dirt, slow down. If you have a clean wet hand, good job.

    • @barryholley7679

      Considering the end results i really dont think that matters also considering the shark vacumm will pick up easily no matter how quck u vacuum

    • @farelimm
      @farelimm 11 місяців тому +2

      If he needs to get the prevac done faster, he needs a commercial vacuum with higher CFM. Shark is a residential brand and basically a toy compared to the proper equipment. One of my big pet peeves with some carpet cleaning channels is they continue to vacuum with an almost full or stuffed canister. You can hear the motor struggling because the air has to pass through all that dense soil, and on top of quick sloppy vacuuming, you know a lot of junk is being left behind. The good news is that they aren’t just vacuuming-the real cleaning power comes with the CRB and extraction wand. But I still like to watch a thorough professional job from beginning to end, and Shark will never be a professional brand (they don’t measure CFM or water lift on their vacuums, big red flag!)

    • @farelimm

      @@sundaymorning-rb5yk This channel is a favorite as far as the CRB and wand results yield, on top of the great business model, and it’s hard to stay away from some good shark crunch. As far as my favorite Pre-vacs: brown’s carpet care (workhorse), clean force one (oreck xl), and I briefly saw carpetmuscletv use a kirby but he doesn’t usually include vacuuming in his videos. There are one or two more channels that use a workhorse and I can’t remember the names. Honestly just ask @Cynthia-q09wu, she’s a legendary commenter on just about every carpet cleaning video known to man.

    • @blackdiamondcleaningservices
      @blackdiamondcleaningservices  8 місяців тому +2

      Machines, chemistry, and process play a big part in an outcome. Not all are the same, and not all companies are the same. When I worked for someone else. I had to go over most everything 2-4 times as much as I do now because they had weaker machines and purchased cheap chemistry. I didn't know any better way back then, but now I see the difference. Another way to put it is that there is no comparison to a steak from Dennys to a steak from an actual steak. The meat quality is way higher than it would be at Dennys or say sizzler.
      I also understand what it may look like on video here. Everything isn't always filmed. Otherwise, every video would be 1.5-3 hours long, depending upon the job. Hope this helps. Thank you for watching.
