The same thing that it takes to make it get better gas mileage, also makes it faster. MSD coil, cold air intake, throttle body hat, for a 95 Chevy Silverado, 16 mm DIY plug wires, MSD distributor cap/rotor button, and a DIET. These are my favorite car in the world because I know how to get 80 miles per gallon out of one of them. When you open up the doors, against the b-pillar there is two Phillips head screws inside the door jamb. But first you want to take the latch on the back of the side window loose with those two Phillips head screws, and have someone hold the window while you take the two out that's inside the door jamb. You take the back hatch off, and strip the entire back half of the car down to the bare metal. You take off both front fenders, and the hood (hood is optional). It helps a lot when you take the doors off too but it's usually a good idea to leave them on. Now this will get 80 miles per gallon if you drive it like you're supposed to. But if you romp on it it will still get 40 miles per gallon. It will also do from 0 to 80 in the time that it takes you to speed power shift from 1st-3rd-5th gears. Yes, that's 0 to 80 in 5 seconds.
I thought about taking the baffle out of my Ranger… I doubt it would make a difference but you could at least hear it grunt… lol I wonder if I could make a ram air for it? 🤔
Just picked up a 92 geo! About to do this to my car. It already has the PVC delete with some type of oil catch can deal. Im actually about to nake a video here in a few minutes. This is my first geo and im ecstatic because i like different and the mpg is fascinating.
As far as the video I refer to collectible in my 1,000 subscriber giveaway where I will give some kind of cool automotive related item away such as a diecast car, model or item related
