The biggest issue for me is not getting to work, it's having a million different things to do that are all semi-distractions and that make myself stretch too thin. In my case: 100+ unread mails whose content that I need to transform into action, 30 open chrome tabs that I need to use/implement, etc. That's why I've been able to consistently go to the gym, because that's an easy task to verbalize, whereas all work-related stuff is still at a standstill, because I have no idea where to start
I'll be looking at work productivity specifically in a future video as I have some good ways to beat this (I had the same issue when I started a business while a med student).
