Thank you for both for such a brilliant podcast. I was diagnosed with RA in 2017 and am still struggling to come to terms with both the diagnosis and the horrendous impact it has had on my life. So listening to this was so reassuring and helpful. The emotional impact and grief that you suffer as a result of what happens to your body is rarely acknowledged so to have your emotional struggles verbalised in such an excellent way was much appreciated.

❤ thank you for this amazing program. I cried through certain parts to hear both of you talk about certain aspects of an autoimmune disease. I was recently diagnosed 5 months ago with PSA so still trying to process this. Huge thank you !

Thanku Clint , I am not on your programme but would like to be helped like others you have . Anyway , i flare up and do the raw and sweet potato and Quinoa and sometimes just raw blend. I had to have the sweet potato etc in the end my stools so loose I think i lost all nutrients and could be in kitchen and couldnt get to toilet in the time about 5 mths. Today 20 th of Nove 2023. I now just flared up huge overnight and stopped the chemist iron tablets which i think could have made the stool like water and black for 4 days after one iron pill and green blends. Cant eat raw salads but sweet potato and Quinoa helps and blend half a blender a day . Pain comeback after good pain level on and off for 3 months of 5 mths and smiling but not healed I dont drive so order foods in line . I just saw this post and no comments and just wanted to talk while in pain as on my own and 68 .The pain is full on and i think maybe this is another of many detox since started...if so great as i have had a few if those and i know it can be a good thing even though 9 out of ten pain . Any way its bad and just woke. I cant write anymore so have to go huge pain in ankles and hands and back .If you see this and read I thank you and at least somebody hears me and a blank coming back , but it helps to write a bit . With love Jennifer in Kendall. NSW.
