Thank you! Composing the music is by far the most difficult and time-consuming part when starting a new series, so I'm really glad you enjoyed what I did 😊
I remember back when you started painting Generic Zombies and Imperial Assault figures. You have certainly come a long way. your skills have improved exponentially and you are still fascinating and entertaining to watch. Not to mention, I still enjoy how simple you explain your technique. You have never let your ego get in the way and you have stayed humble and true to your vision. Good on ya, mate! Cheers, Sorastro! Keep up the great work!
Yay! I was flinching and constantly checking UA-cam as soon as it hit May 22nd. I've been looking forward to this and so happy episode one is Ahsoka. Amazing work as always @Sorastro
Looking good! You're videos really show off this line of models. I think today is a good day to get out the paints! kudos as always and I hope you are doing well!
Sorastro I think we need to clone you. I could watch you paint all day. Star Wars Legion, Imperial Assault, Shatterpoint, Lord of the Rings: Journeys in Middle Earth...so many minis and so many potential videos. Thank you for all the hard work you've put forth into this channel so far. I can't get enough of these. I'd even just watch you paint without any of the tutorial commentary and editing work that you do, but I know your current format is what got me into mini painting in the *first* place, as I know it will do future aspiring mini artists.
Such beautiful work Sorastro. Love your style and technique. Definitely gives me a lot to think about before tackling all of these gorgeous sculpts when they come in.
Oh man. I started this video on my phone cause the notification popped up but wanted to save the rest for my computer that is in 4k.. Holy crap. I'm blown away.
@@Sorastro Oh sorry, I must have mixed her up with another character. Anyways, I'm glad you are back with some great Star Wars content, looking forward for more!
Loving the new series, Sorastro! I got my start in miniature painting with your Imperial Assault series and am excited to see more of your work with Shatterpoint. - Ken
So glad to finally see the video, been waiting ages and so excited to see you painting Star Wars Shatterpoint! Love what you have done with Ahsoka, well worth the wait. One small request please rotate the video so we have one from the light side of the force and then one from the dark side please. I am painting one side (Dark side) and my friend the other of the boxed set so we have everything fully painted. Will look forward to every Monday now. May the force be with you.
well well well ! This is where the fun begins ! Great video as always ! I'm very excited to be able to paint my box when I get it and I'll try to at least get as good a result as you did !

Top paint job as always, Mark:) I was surprised you didn't give her the OSL treatment!!!:) And I'm totally going to try the Gravity Contrast for the NMM! That keeps escaping my skills:( Thanks again!!!:)
Ha ha, thanks a lot Emiliano! Regarding OSL - unless you're aiming for a darker ambience (like night time for example), there wouldn't really be any in this case (unless she was holding the blades really close, and light was hitting up into some of the shadows perhaps) 😀
@@Sorastro Ah!!! Well, now that you mention that, it makes sense!!!
