What's missing, and why Teslas are still selling include, 1) software is unmatched, 2) customer service is unmatched (EV or otherwise), 3) service network, 4) charging network. In addition, the Mod 3 '24 improvements have made it even more competitive. While I like the Seal quite a bit, I wouldn't touch one until there was a support network firmly in place. This is why I did NOT even consider the Ioniq 6 (Hyundai officially says not all dealers sell/service their own EVs), and why I got a '24 Model 3. Couldn't be happier. BYD has great products, and they are getting better, faster. Maybe in a few years (outside of China and some other spots around the world) they will be a serious contender. All for choice!
