Mental Health - Why It’s Important? | KSAVI

Today is World Mental Health Awareness Day. This video is all around my own personal journey learning it was okay to not be okay. I sought help and I’ve been changing my life ever since.
In this video, I share the journey of when with my husband first noticed the triggers, and the steps I’ve taken to get to where I am today.
Filming and sharing through this video is how I can help others to take action or help someone in need. It’s also a part of my own healing in that journey.
This week was also National Inner Beauty Day and the launch of Baby Loss Awareness Week, all of this intricately is connected to my path and journey and I know for many others too, is that synchronicity or what that it all happens to fall in the same week?
